Dear Admirably Pro-Law-Enforcement-minded Government Officials,

I have not yet received a follow-up letter from either the FBI or U.S. President

Donald Trump in regard to whether the President in the remaining hours of his tenure in The White House is willing to ask the FBI director to immediately order an FBI-administered forensic DNA-swabs continuous-anal-rape-crimes-and-oral-rape-crimes medical exam on myself.

Ever since 2012, I have politely and repeatedly but unsuccessfully on 10 or more separate occasions over a multi-year period requested a forensic medical-evidence DNA-swabs exam of that type on myself from the Austin Police Department and several local hospitals' emergency room physicians and the SAFE Austin Alliance that traditionally has provided forensic medical exams on rape-crime victims.

Because of the continuous daily and year-round-and-multi-year nature of the alleged home-invasion-crimes, trespassing crimes, personal-injury-crimes and sexual-assault crimes allegedly victimizing me during my sleeping hours as I lie alone---unconscious and probably snoring---on my own bed inside my locked rental-apartment unit in Austin, a full 190-day retroactive DNA-traces processing of each and every rape-evidence kit obtained from me will be very crucial for crime investigators and prosecuting attorneys and myself as the criminal-law complainant.

I am a longtime celibate (including ever since the day I moved to the northern section of Austin in August of 2001), gainfully-employed, white Anglo-Saxon non-Christian adult senior-citizen gentleman, age 63. Any and all DNA traces to persons other than me that are obtained from full 190-day retroactive DNA-traces processing of that new rape kit to be obtained from me in January 2021, along with the two separate previous rape kits APD obtained form me in 2011 (on April 28, 2011, and December 23, 2011, respectively) for which full 190-day retroactive processing has never been ordered or obtained by APD, will be very crucial for solving the crime case in which I am the victim.

I find it encouraging in the meantime that a federal agency (see below), the National Criminal Justice Reference Center's Office for Victims of Crime, sent me this reply letter on this.

I will be very grateful for my first-ever federally-sponsored or, alternatively, locally-sponsored or State of Texas-sponsored or internationally-sponsored, comprehensive DNA-swabs forensic-medical evidence medical exam on myself that have been requesting unsuccessfully on an in-person basis or on the telephone or by e-mail over the most recent 9-year period from several respective hospital emergency-room physicians in Austin, the SAFE Austin Alliance, detectives of the APD Sex Crimes Unit and numerous other APD officers.
