Dear Open Records Coordinator for the Travis County District Attorney's Office here in Austin,

Thank you for your December 24, 2020, reply letter (below) to me in regard to my December 24, 2020, public-information request.

My request: "I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all documents or records that refer to or comprise legal actions pursued by the Travis County District Attorney's Office in response to or in regard to my summer of 2020 Open Records complaint against the Democratic Party-affiliated Austinite State Representative Eddie Rodriguez --- a complaint that I had submitted in writing to your DA's Office."

Nearly three weeks have passed since you sent me your only reply letter so far in response to the above-cited December 24, 2020, public-information request.

Are you now able to provide me with an expected deadline by which you expect to be able to provide me with any and all legal documents responsive to that request from me?

Also, do you plan to ask permission from Attorney General Paxton to withhold from the general public one or more cited documents responsive to my December 24 PIR to your DA's Office?
