Dear Mr. Wiechmann, Thank you for your e-mail letter to me yesterday (final item, below), along with the numerous legal documents you provided me online yesterday at your official portal that you have identified as being responsive to my July 14, 2020-dated online public-information request. I appreciate sensing that your Travis County-based public school district --- situated roughly 10 miles from where I reside in northeast Austin --- has shown interest in public-safety issues and home-security issues relating to myself in Travis County, Texas. I have repeatedly informed the Austin Police Department ever since April 28, 2011, that I have been a victim of alleged continuous-and-continuing, daily and year-round anal-rape-crimes and oral-assault-crimes and nasal-assault crimes involving alleged infliction on me of allegedly illegal medical-services such as allegedly illegal nasal-inhalants and unauthorized "anal-vibrator" services (I myself DO NOT own or use ANY nasal inhalants or ANY vibrator of any type) to which I have been subjected against my wishes during my sleeping hours as I lie alone or lay alone, asleep and unconscious and probably snoring, on my own bed inside my locked apartment unit in Austin, Texas. APD in 2019 or this year officially acknowledged to me in writing, in response to an official public-information request from me, that APD has received from me several infrared motion-sensitive-camera photo images obtained for me during my sleeping hours in my bed area of my current apartment unit --- crime-evidence photo images obtained for me at my own financial expense--- that do not appear to be of myself. The Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit on 10 or more occasions since 2012, including earlier this year, has consistently and without any exception specifically declined to authorize any additional forensic medical-evidence rape-evidence on me that I've requested directly through APD, through a hospital emergency-room medical services provider, and through SAFE Austin Alliance. I would welcome any assistance from your first-rate public school district's Police Department that will enable me to obtain official government authorization for an anal-rape and oral-assault and nasal-assault and full and very thorough forensic medical-evidence exam on myself---with the clear advance understanding that there will be full six-month retroactive processing of any and all DNA traces obtained for that rape kit, in order to identify any factual evidence of ANY DNA trace that was not from my own body. That exam will then enable me to press criminal charges through a law-enforcement agency with jurisdiction. I am posing this question because each of the primary documents you provided me yesterday contains legal correspondence between myself and the City Attorney of San Antonio that your public school district in Travis County apparently regarded as being pertinent. A multi-paragraph e-mail letter that I myself wrote and directly addressed to and sent to City of Pflugerville Assistant Chief of Police Jason Smith was also included in the documents your public school district has provided me today. Mr. Wiechmann, would you also please verify for me that the only document you have provided me that was not written by myself was an April 6, 2020, e-mail rejection letter to me from Pflugerville Police Department Community Liaison Officer and state-certified peace officer Ingrid Friedman? "According to the 'Pflag' editor who spoke with me about the cited incident, the quarterback I interviewed for a planned feature story about himself in the 'Pflag' had objected to my posing a question to that male high school student during the feature interview that referred to his possible reputation as a popular male student at his school who was presumably greatly admired by many of the female students of Pflugerville High School. "My relationship with the 'Pflag' was terminated by an editor there based on that particular question I had posed during the interview that the cited football quarterback complained about to that then-Cox Newspapers-owned publication.
