Thank you for your e-mail reply on this.

Please verify for me in writing at your earliest convenience whether the only legal document you sent to me in response to the August 3, 2020, online public-information request (below) from me was the June 16, 2020, e-mail letter to me from senior staff member Roberto Aranda of the APD Special Investigations Unit. 

I am referring to the e-mail letter from Mr. Aranda in which he stated to me in writing: 
"...As a friendly reminder, the scope of the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is to investigate criminal incidents which meet particular criteria which includes, but is not limited to: crimes committed by any sworn officer(s) or City of Austin employees where the offense has occurred within the APD jurisdiction. Therefore, should a determination be made that any of these leads evolve into a need for more information, you will be contacted accordingly."

If you had intended to send me one or more additional legal documents responsive to my August 3 public-information request, please send them to me at your earliest convenience.

That particular APD case dates back to the year 2016, when I resided with a strictly-platonic and polite Anglo male adult roommate, Brett Andrew Meyer, as my only roommate in the two-bedroom Apartment 902 in Building 9 at Village Oaks Apartments. Village Oaks is a Northland-owned and Northland-managed apartment complex at 10926 Jollyville Road in northwest Austin, with Northland maintaining their corporate headquarters offices in Newton, Massachusetts.

The Austin Police Department received a Public Information request from you on August 03, 2020, to request copies of records pertaining to the following:

“:a copy of any phone messages, including handwritten notes or typed notes or printed notes, that were written by any staff member, investigator, officer, administrator, or supervisor of the Austin Police Department Special Investigations Unit at any time since January 1, 2020, and that, in each such case, referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.
Included in the scope of this public-information request are any legal notes that were written by Mr. Roberto Aranda, a polite staff member and administrative-contact person for your APD Special Investigations Unit, in regard to or in response to the phone call that Mr. Aranda from his APD office made to me inside my fully-bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit at about 9:20 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2020.
During that phone call, Mr. Aranda authorized me to directly send to him e-mails referring by name to a variety of peace officers and government officials based in Travis County, Texas, in regard to whom I personally question their level of compliance with the law in one or more aspects of their own conduct relating to myself.
