This is a public-information request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all written communications that were generated or written or received or sent or forwarded or mailed or e-mailed by any of the following Austin-based Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority officials, or by anyone else employed in the office of those respective Cap Metro officials, at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, and that, in addition, in each and every such case, refers at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of northwest Austin:
---Cap Metro Chief Counsel Kerri Butcher, or anyone else who might have ever served as or might currently be serving as Chief Counsel for any period of time, whether on a temporary basis or on a permanent basis, at any time in the applicable six-year time period.
---Cap Metro Vice President for Internal Audit Caroline Beyer, or anyone else who might have ever served as or might currently be serving as Vice President for Internal Audit for any period of time, whether on a temporary basis or on a permanent basis, at any time in the applicable six-year time period.

I myself have been a daily and year-round paying passenger on Cap Metro buses in Austin, Texas, throughout the applicable multi-year time period.
I am a gainfully employed, fully ambulatory, permanently alcohol-free and lifelong-tobacco-free, dependably civil and law-abiding and honest, polite, factually-minded, single adult white non-Hispanic male current resident of Austin City Council voting precinct District 10.
During the time periods applicable to this public-information request, I have resided at the following Austin addresses, respectively:
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 9, Apt. 902, Austin, Texas, 78759, from late September 2015 through the present;
---Crossland Economy Studios, an Extended Stay America rental-housing facility at 12621 Hymeadow Road, Room 133 (and an assigned prior room or two there for a few or several total combined days), Austin, Texas, 78729, from July 29, 2015, until late September 2015;
and
---Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Building 3, Apartment 325, Austin, Texas, 78759, from early January 2002 (including, specifically, from April 17, 2011) until July 29, 2015.
Throughout the entire applicable six-year period for this request, I have maintained and paid for personal landline home phone service of my own with the home phone number throughout that six-year period of (512) 342-2295. During the approximately-two-month period of 2015 in which I resided at Crossland Economy Studios, my residential phone number there was: (512) 331-4747, Room 133.

I am a former full-time employee in Austin of the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles state agencies, respectively.
I am also a former full-time professional newspaper reporter or full-time professional newspaper copy editor in Texas, Massachusetts, Florida, and Minnesota, respectively.
Throughout the applicable six-year time period of this public-information request, I have been employed exclusively in the restaurant industry in Austin, Texas.
