THE EXACT VERBATIM TEXT OF THE CITED APRIL 22, 2019, ONLINE OPEN RECORDS REQUEST FROM ME TO APD:

"a copy of one page only from each annual-review report generated by the Austin Police Department at any time since January 1, 2012, that specifically contains a factual statistic on the combined overall total number of separate occasions throughout the entire city during the most recent calendar-year period, in which the APD Sex Crimes Unit specifically declined to authorize a forensic DNA-trace sexual-assault exam on a cited person (regardless of how many persons fit that description) who had specifically requested that type of exam on himself or herself."
