Dear State of Utah Law Enforcement Agency Officials and Illicit-Drug Prevention Strategies Officials,

Do any of you very insightful pro-law-enforcement Utahns have any reason to believe that recent changes in the racial, ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic-status  demographics here in Salt Lake City, Utah, might justify a new illicit-drug-theme survey?

I am referring to an official survey representative of all Salt Lake City residents ages 13 or older in which they are each asked whether they as an individual consumed any quantity of cocaine or crack cocaine at any time in the most recent 12-month period.

That information could be invaluable in developing a successful cocaine-deterrence strategy that could include very aggressive crime investigations of any cocaine-trafficking crimes and all cocaine-related sex crimes and other cocaine-related  crimes that occur in our city.
