Dear Officials of the Utah Department of Health & Human Services Division of Child and Family Services here in Salt Lake City,

I was very alarmed this evening when I as a Utah Transit Authority (UTA) passenger sitting alone in my seat on a train at the Salt Lake City Main Library station stop overheard a white non-Hispanic mother and female passenger with  a 4-year-old white non-Hispanic son of hers next to her exclaim "Oh Fuck!" (exact quote)  inside that UTA train.

That Utahn mother  stated to me as her explanation for her outburst  that she was shocked that she and her youngest son were not given enough time to exit the Red Line train that they, and I myself, were respectively riding in after that train reached the Salt Lake City Main Library train station this evening.

Do you State of Utah officials  know of any current Utah Profanity Addiction Treatment program specifically for  profanity-spewing Utahn parents of young children under age 12 that your state agency could legally  require those  parents to enroll in?

One suggestion I myself would have is that  mothers of Utah who are addicted to speaking profanely  could be taught to  substitute "Oh Fudge!" for "Oh Fuck!" whenever  they verbalize anger in front of their son or daughter under age 12.
