Subject: Are UTDocs required to Tell Cops re Cocaine Evidence?

September 14, 2023

Dear Very Honorable Officials of the State Government  of Utah,

As I am sure that each of you are very aware, medical doctors here in Salt Lake City, Utah, frequently and on a year-round basis obtain reliable medical evidence while examining a patient's nostrils----a hole in the patient's septum--- that the patient is currently addicted to the shockingly illicit drug cocaine.

Would any of you please state to me in writing whether any and all medical professionals here in Utah are currently  required to immediately inform a law-enforcement agency about any patient of theirs in regard to whom that medical professional has obtained medical evidence that the patient  is a cocaine addict?

That factual information could be invaluable to Utah Child and Family  Services investigators, Utah Adult Protective Services investigators, and to Utah state and local crime investigators seeking to identify the current cocaine dealers and then  promptly arrest them.

Thank you in advance for your very  helpful reply letter to me  on this very  critical and urgent issue for Utah.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

former Texas DPS full-time staff  member

John Kevin McMillan, 535 South 200 East, Apt. 912, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.

Cell phone: (512) 993-7305.
