Dear Highly Esteemed Utah Republican Governor Spencer Cox,
I have been and continue to be a gainfully employed and pro-law-enforcement dependably law-abiding and honest facially cleanshaven and tattoo-less single adult white non-Hispanic tobacco-free, alcohol-free, very anti-marijuana, very anti-cocaine, very anti-illicit drugs-minded, permanent resident of Utah ever since January 1, 2023.
I have strong ancestral ties to our great state of Utah through my LDS member Murray butcher shop owner grandfather, Parley McMillan, and his devoted LDS member wife, Mrs. Alice Mae Pugh (maiden surname) McMillan of Murray.
I also take great pride in being a certified direct descendant of the Reverend William Brewster, the great Puritan religious leader who served as Head Chaplain on the Mayflower and, later, as the leading religious consultant to British Plymouth Colony Governor William Bradford here in America.
I am writing you today, Governor Cox, to politely request that you please champion what I believe to be a great and noble cause (see letter of mine below) that the also-Highly Esteemed Democratic Party-affiliated U.S. President Joseph Biden for whichever reason has apparently chosen not to pursue any action on.
Governor Cox, I urge you to please establish a new Gubernatorial tradition here in Utah in which you as Chief of State will publicly award a special "Gubernatorial Medal of Honor" each year to the current American citizen and current permanent resident of Utah, current non-profit organization in Utah, law-enforcement agency in Utah, or law-enforcement officer in Utah who or that contributed significantly toward crime prevention in Utah during the previous most recent applicable 12-month period or multi-year period.
Among the crime-prevention themes I myself support very strongly are Prevention of Inter-Racial Home- Invasion Crimes; Prevention of Inter-Racial Hostage-Takings; Prevention of Inter-Racial Kidnappings; Prevention of Inter-Racial Sexual Harassment Crimes; Prevention of Inter-Racial Continuous Verbal Harassment or Verbal-Assault Crimes; Prevention of Inter-Racial Infliction of Thought-Control Project crimes on Utahns who DO NOT agree to be subjected to any such Inter-Racial Verbal or Physical Abuse or illegal and outrageous medically injurious accompanying continuous Noise Pollution; Prevention of Inter-Racial Sexual Assault Crimes; Prevention of Inter-Racial Anal-Rape Crimes; Prevention of Inter-Racial Oral Rape Crimes; Prevention of Inter-Racial "Assault by Physical Contact" Crimes; Prevention of Inter-Racial Intimidation and Inter-Racial Taunting or Bullying; and Prevention of Inter-Racial Stalking crimes.
I am very hopeful that the Utah Legislature with your kind support in January 2024 will approve legislation that expands the scope of Hate Crimes here in Utah to include any and all inter-racial crimes of the above-cited types--- including when white non-Hispanic Utahns are the victims of those inter-racial crimes.
As you may be very aware, Governor Cox, I myself am one Utahn single adult white gentleman who is exclusively monoracial --- I limit my own dating partner options exclusively to adult persons of my own racial group, with white non-Hispanic persons being my own racial group, as I am sure you are very aware, Mr. Governor --- in my mutual-consent dating practices when I do eventually develop an actual dating life here in Salt Lake City.
I myself have been completely celibate on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since one total day in 1995, when I resided in the city of Baytown in my most recent previous state of Texas. I am also a lifelong single gentleman who lives alone and always sleeps alone inside my fully locked solo-occupancy studio rental apartment unit here in Salt Lake City.

Dear Very Honorable United States President Joe Biden in Washington, D.C.,
I am writing you today on behalf of my public-safety-minded and still-one-approved-member (myself, only) Honor Society, the politely-non-Christian "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" with very stringent membership-eligibility requirements.
Mr. President, I urge you to please establish a new Presidential tradition in the USA in which the Chief of State publicly awards a special Presidential Medal of Honor each year to the American citizen or visitor to the United States or non-profit organization anywhere in the world that or who contributed significantly toward crime prevention in the United States during the previous most recent applicable 12-month period or multi-year period.
This type of annual awards tradition can help to promulgate the message to the entire world, and throughout our entire nation, that the United States of America is very determined to significantly reduce the incidence of violent crime and other types of criminal activities anywhere and everywhere in this peace-loving nation.
To underscore your own profound awareness about the crucial importance of addressing underlying contributors to criminal activities in the Unites States, I also urge you to consider including in the scope of possible accomplishments that might qualify a person for the proposed new "Presidential Medal of Honor for Crime Prevention Award":
---success at helping Americans resolve their inter-personal conflicts or other conflicts with others in a non-violent and law-abiding and honorable manner.
---promotion of abstinence from sarcasm or abrasiveness or mental cruelty or slander or libel in communications with or about others.
---promotion of respectfulness toward the privacy rights of others.
--reduction in the illicit-drug-addiction rate in a city or county or state or multi-state region of the nation.
--reduction in the incidence of binge drinking of alcohol.
---reduction in the incidence of alcohol consumption by minors.
---reduction in the high-school dropout rate by American youths.
---promotion of consistency at defensive driving and etiquette on the American roadways.
---reduction in the vehicular accident rate on roadways, it being a certainty that reduced incidence of vehicular accidents helps to prevent "road-rage" and accompanying criminal activities.
--abatement of noise-pollution levels in American cities and towns, it being alarmingly apparent that excessive and annoying continuous noise pollution in a city or town can play a role in increased irritability and distractedness by residents and visitors, along with an accompanying increase in noise-pollution-rage-related bodily-injury crimes and one-vehicle accidents as well as "road-rage" crimes.
---a dramatic reduction in the percentage of residents of a city or town who own guns.
---a dramatic reduction in the verbalization of profanity in a city or town or county or region or state or nationwide.

I also urge you, Mr. President, to please consider asking the federal government to officially sponsor a very creative and innovative new official Crime Prevention-theme website that invites questions and comments from persons of all ages and backgrounds throughout the United States, and from visitors to the United States or prospective visitors to the USA.
