Subject: Re: Need for annual UT Murder/Attempted Murder Report
Dear Utah DPS Public Information Officer and Sgt. Cameron Roden,
This is a friendly follow-up note relating to my e-mail letter to you that I sent to you earlier today
The type of annually (or semiannually) updated comprehensive and authoritative Utah Murders and Utah Attempted Murders online and hard-copy report that I am very hopeful can be an annual or semiannual tradition for the State Government of Utah to sponsor or co-sponsor, might also include recent statewide, countywide, and citywide statistics for all of Utah that include:
---statistics on the reported incidence of Homicide or Attempted Homicide that also specifically involved somnopholiac sexual assaults or other somnopholiac personal-injury crimes that were inflicted on Utah residents or visitors to Utah during periods when they themselves were held unconscious or were sleeping.
---statistics on the reported incidence of Continuous or Incremental Homicide or Continuous or Incremental Attempted Homicide occurring in Utah that harmed an intended victim's medical health over a multi-day, multi-week, multi-month, or multi-year period.
An example of this type of Continuous Homicide or Continuous Attempted Homicide case might involve one or more perpetrators repeatedly and over a multi-month period subjecting a Utah resident or visitor to Utah against his wishes to sleep deprivation caused by continuous noise pollution, repeated verbal harassment, repeatedly false and hurtful false "allegations" being hurled at the victim, repeated verbalization of death threats, or other methods of disrupting and ruining the crucial daily REM sleep of the victim, which thereby robbed the victim of the opportunity to benefit medically and emotionally from achieving a full eight consecutive hours of restful and rejuvenating and revitalizing healthful sleep every night on a year-round basis.
Another example of this type of Continuous Homicide or Continuous Attempted Homicide case in Utah might occur if one or more perpetrators attempted to poison the water supply or beverages or food that a targeted victim consumed over a multi-day, multi-week, multi-month, or multi-year period here in the Beehive State.
Another example of this type of continuous Homicide or Continuous Attempted Homicide case in Utah might be one in which a perpetrator attempted to accelerate the aging process of the victim, such as through neglect or physical abuse, or the perpetrator attempted to inflict psychosomatically induced medical and emotional injury on the victim over a multi-month or multi-year period.
Another example of this heinous type of Continuous Attempted Homicide or Continuous Homicide case occurring in Utah might involve repeatedly subjecting the victim against his or her wishes to deliberately fraudulent or knowingly false communications that were toxic to or significantly injurious to the victim.
---statistics on Attempted Homicide or Homicide cases in Utah that targeted or victimized a person of known LDS ancestry or a current member of the LDS Church.
---statistics on the number of recent Attempted Homicide or Homicide cases in Utah that were also classified, by category, as a Hate Crime.
---statistics on the incidence of Attempted Homicide or Homicide cases in Utah in which the victim was identified by the assailant as a Homeless Person.
----statistics on the incidence of Attempted Homicide or Homicide cases in Utah in which the alleged perpetrator was identified by police as a Homeless person at the time when he or she allegedly committed either type of heinous violent felony crime.
----statistics on the incidence of reported Attempted Homicide or Homicide cases in Utah in which the victim was kidnapped or held hostage or held in intense isolation against his or her wishes.
---statistics on the incidence of reported Attempted Homicide or Homicide cases in Utah in which the perpetrator's motives or conduct included attempted or actual censorship of the beliefs or moral values or perceptions or conclusions made by the victim.
----statistics on the incidence of Attempted Homicide or Homicide cases in Utah in which the perpetrator deprived the victim of the opportunity to enjoy full and year-round access to all of his or her own financial savings and all of his or her own property wealth.
Sgt. Roden, I hope that this very tentative brainstorming letter proves to be helpful to you and your noble statewide law-enforcement agency colleagues here in Utah.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, 535 South 200 East, Apt. 912, Salt Lake City, UT 84111
