Dear Texas Commissioner of Higher Education Harrison Keller in your very influential role as the Chief Executive Officer for the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) state agency in Austin,

Best Wishes to you and your state-agency colleagues this Holiday Season and New Year.

Commissioner Keller, I am writing you today to politely inform you that I myself will be moving away from Texas for good on December 31, 2021.

I will be relocating on that wonderful day for me to a U.S. state with a significantly lower home-invasion-crimes rate, a significantly lower sexual-assault-crimes rate, a significantly lower violent-crimes rate, a significantly lower personal-injury-crimes rate, a significantly lower incidence of continuous and medically injurious noise-pollution, a significantly lower number of convicted felons per capita, a significantly lower incidence of organized-crime, a significantly lower profanity-addiction rate and obscene-speech addiction rate, a significantly lower per-capita incidence of knowingly dishonest or deliberately fraudulent anonymous---or non-anonymous, for that matter---communications that violate the privacy rights of the individual being subjected to those communications against his or her wishes, a significantly lower tobacco-addiction rate, a significantly lower vaping-addiction-rate, a significantly lower alcohol-consumption rate, a significantly lower per-capita incidence of binge drinking, a significantly lower marijuana-consumption rate, a significantly lower illicit-drug addiction rate, a significantly lower tattoos-addiction rate, a significantly lower per-capita incidence of private citizens inflicting graffiti on public-properties, a significantly lower per-capita incidence of beards, mustaches, or goatees on the adult male persons of that state, a significantly lower per-capita incidence of nostril rings and tongue rings on the adult male persons of that state, and a significantly lower per-capita incidence of extensive jewelry on adult male persons, than does Texas.

Commissioner Keller, do you know of any higher-education entity currently situated in Texas in regard to which your State of Texas agency believes or senses that I myself---I being a dependably civil and law-abiding and very honest, permanently-alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, white Anglo-Saxon single-by-choice, longtime-celibate-by-choice, adult gainfully-employed private citizen, as you may recall---am "required" or "expected" to have a continuing involvement after I move away from Texas for good on December 31, 2021?

If so, may I ask what the nature of that required or expected "continuing" involvement would (or will) be for this particular very honorable private citizen---myself? 

Also, which specific institution or institutions of higher education, if any, currently appear to be entities that I myself am either required or expected to have a continuing involvement with after I move away from Texas on a permanent basis on December 31, 2021?

Thank you in advance, Commissioner Keller, for your very helpful and informative reply letter to me that provides me with very helpful answers to these important higher-education-system-related public policy questions that I have posed to you today.
