I was very surprised by your statement to me today that you have no record that cites the names of APD officers whose job duties in 2021 included deployment of decibel-reading technology for the investigation of noise pollution complaints to APD by private citizens, famous persons, CEOs of for-profit corporations, private employers, visitors to Austin, landlords, realtors, religious groups, civic groups or other non-profit groups, student groups, political-action groups, government officials, university officials, school district officials, or any other persons.
