This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all documents on file with your TDCJ litigation office in Austin that at any time since January 1, 2000, referred to or refer to any lawsuit or pending lawsuit or expected lawsuit filed or expected to be filed by the TDCJ, or that referred to or refer to any lawsuit filed or expected to be filed against the TDCJ, and that in each and every such document directly refers at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.
My full legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a lifelong citizen of the United States of America.
I am a former full-time employee in north Austin of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice state agency and the affiliated Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles state agency, respectively. I am also a former full-time employee of the Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency in north Austin.
I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record. I lead a permanently drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984), lifelong-tobacco-free and very anti-tobacco-minded, lifelong-non-vaping, facially-cleanshaven (no beard, no mustache, no goatee), lifelong tattoo-less, permanently jewelry-free, non-sadomasochistic and anti-S&M, platonicly polite, clean-talking (no profanity verbalized by me in my everyday conversations with others), longtime-celibate-by-choice (including ever since the day I moved to north Austin in August 2001), very-recently-certified-HIV-negative, lifelong-single and currently single-by-choice, dependably civil and law-abiding and very honest and vigilant, public-safety-minded lifestyle.
I am a certified direct descendant of the Rev. William Brewster, the great Puritan religious leader who served as head chaplain on the Mayflower and, later, as a leading religious adviser to British Plymouth Colony Governor William Bradford in what is now the U.S. state (also known as "Commonwealth") of Massachusetts. I am also a direct descendant of very honorable members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who were persecuted, stalked, and assaulted in the 19th Century at Nauvoo, Illinois.
I am a gainfully-employed white Anglo-Saxon adult gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry. I have repeatedly informed the Austin Police Department (APD) in writing over a multi-year period that I very emphatically DO NOT agree to ever myself have any sexual contact or any intimate physical contact with any non-Anglo person---and that I politely insist on my legal right to press criminal-law charges accordingly. I have also repeatedly informed the Austin Police Department in writing that I very emphatically DO NOT agree to ever have any sexual contact with any person more than two years older than myself---and that I insist on pressing criminal-law charges accordingly.
In the approximately 11-year period ever since April 28, 2011, I have submitted numerous crime reports or criminal-law complaints to the Austin Police Department about myself being victimized on a daily and year-round and continuing basis by alleged continuous home-invasion-crimes, alleged continuous sexual-assault and anal-rape crimes, alleged continuous assault-by-physical contact crimes, and alleged continuous personal-injury-crimes during my sleeping hours as I lay ALONE---asleep and unconscious and possibly snoring---on a bed I myself owned or currently own.
As of today, no APD arrest of any suspect has ever occurred in any context in which that suspect was accused by APD of having violated the law in that male person's or that female person's conduct toward me.
