"I am seeking any and all results, including the full forensic lab report, obtained by the Austin (TX) Police Department Sex Crimes Unit from DNA-traces processing of the forensic sexual-assault-evidence medical kit for APD Sex Crimes Case 2021-2440624.
"That rape-evidence kit that was obtained from my own body at my request in the early morning hours of September 2, 2021, by a female forensic nurse for Austin Safe Alliance inside the ER of Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, in central Austin. I am the victim and complainant in that APD case. APD Sex Crimes Detective William Costello investigated that APD Sex Crimes case.
"My full legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a lifelong American citizen. I am also a lifelong single person: I have never been married to anyone. I am a white Anglo-Saxon non-Hispanic gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry. I have politely emphasized in writing this year to the APD Sex Crimes Unit that I myself DO NOT agree to ever myself have any sexual contact with any non-Anglo person. I have also politely emphasized in writing to the APD Sex Crimes Unit that I myself DO NOT agree to ever myself have any sexual contact with anyone more than two years older than me.
"Ever since June 21, 2019, when I moved into my current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive in NE Austin, I have always lived alone and always slept alone as the only management-team-approved tenant and only management-team-approved occupant inside a double-bolt-locked second-floor unit, Apartment 2418 of Building 17, in the northeastern corner of the Belco Equities Inc.-managed, large gated-community Pebble Creek Apartments complex. Belco Equities ---a very honorable for-profit corporation registered with the Secretary of State of Texas state-government agency here in Austin----reportedly maintains its headquarters offices in Austin.
"I myself have been completely celibate, with ZERO sexual contact and ZERO intimate physical contact between myself and any other person, throughout any and all of my own conscious or waking hours ever since and including the day when I moved to north Austin in August 2001. I have been a resident of north Austin on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since August 2001.
