Thank you again for taking the time yesterday to talk with me on my cell phone about a "state issue" Congressman Doggett has helpfully identified for me. That "state issue" he cited for me in a reply letter to me earlier this year apparently relates to allegedly substandard sleeping conditions for myself as I lie alone on my own bed----in which I have been victimized by and continue to be victimized on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis by alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators. sleep-harassment-perpetrators, sex-crimes-perpetrators, and personal-injury-crimes perpetrators inside my current double-bolt-locked, solo-occupancy (only me) efficiency apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Bldg. 17, Apt. 2418, in NE Austin.
One of the issues cited by a first-rate home-security expert whom I consulted, Andrew Tijerina of Fortress Security, who visited my unit at my request for an inspection in a recent prior year, has been possible additional points of entry into my double-bolt-locked apartment unit. Mr. Tijerina identified an additional point of entry into my top-floor unit emanating from the massive attic extending across Building 17. The polite general manager for my apartment complex, Juan Acosta, later stated to me that I myself am not permitted to put a lock on the ceiling door of my walk-in closet that connects my unit with that massive attic situated above all or nearly all of the second-floor apartment units for Building 17 here at Pebble Creek Apts. Mr. Acosta stated to me that in the event of an emergency, maintenance team staff members for this complex would need to make use of that ceiling door in order to either enter my unit from the attic or enter the attic from my unit.
Courtney, I appreciated your statement to me on the phone yesterday that the State Government of Texas---NOT the City Government of Austin, Travis County Government, or the U.S. Government---has legal authority and the legal responsibility to very promptly address the "state issue" for me that Congressman Doggett directly cited to me in a friendly official reply letter to me earlier this year.
Thank you again for assuring me on the phone yesterday that you will directly contact me BEFORE I myself move away from Texas for good on December 31, 2021, to what I feel very confident will be a significantly safer and more compatible state for me that has a much lower crime rate than Texas.
In that follow-up communication with me later this month, you stated to me yesterday that you will offer me additional information about the "state issue" cited by Congressman Doggett that relates to me.
In regard to the polite online question, below, that I posed to Republican Party-affiliated Texas Governor Greg Abbott at his official website in October of 2018, I have never received any reply letter or any reply phone call from Governor Abbott on whether he supports safe-housing conditions on a 24-hour-a-day basis for any and all American citizens, including myself----and including during their own or my own sleeping hours, respectively. I myself am a lifelong American citizen. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, on April 27, 1957. My full legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record. I might add that I am a longtime celibate-by-choice lifelong-single gentleman who has never been married. I have been completely celibate, with ZERO sexual contact or intimate physical contact between myself and any other human being (or any beast, for that matter), throughout any and all of my conscious or waking hours on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since and including the day in August 2001 when I moved to north Austin.
