I hope this photo-illustrated message (below) that I wrote and sent today to the Austin, Texas-based Cap Metro mass-transit service Board of Directors will prove to helpful.
Upon further review of the two cited photos I took this afternoon at a Cap Metro bus stop in north Austin, I need to offer a clarification:
I erred when I reported earlier today that I was providing you with the "exact verbatim text" of the allegedly-law-breaking graffiti author's handwritten critical message that I had discovered today on a bus stop sign post.
The anonymous graffiti author at that bus stop had apparently misspelled the word "waits" as "wiats" and had apparently misspelled the word "infinite" as "inifit".
The "exact verbatim text" of that graffiti message on a Cap Metro display sign was: "Cant eliminate wiats inifit".

Location: Stop ID 3125, along the southern side of Ohlen road a few blocks east of Research Blvd. in north Austin.
Bus stop is located a matter of yards from a Target chain department store.
