This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all e-mail letters or other written communications or phone messages generated or written or sent or received at any time since January 1, 2016, by an employee or official of your TTI office in Austin, and that in each such case specifically comprise or refer to communications between your TTI office in Austin and a Belco Equities official or staff member.
I am also seeking from you a copy of any and all written communications generated by your Austin TTI office any time since January 1, 2016, that refer in any context to Belco Equities.
I am also seeking to obtain from you a copy of any personnel records on file with the TTI office in Austin that refer to an employee or official of your local TTI office at any time since January 1, 2016, having been or being currently currently employed in any context by, or on the payroll of, or having been or currently being a consultant to, Belco Equities., Inc., a highly-regarded apartment-management company reportedly headquartered here in Austin.
This public-information request was prompted by the very surprising coincidence I was reminded of this month through online research I pursued. The Texas A&M-owned Texas Transportation Institute office in Austin is reportedly located at the exact same overall street address in Austin, Texas, as the nationwide headquarters office for Belco Equities, Inc. That street address is: 505 East Huntland Drive, Austin, TX 78752.

The official Texas A&M University website contains the following exact verbatim statement about the Texas A&M University-owned TTI office in Austin:
"The Austin Office of TTI enhances the Institute’s service to state and local sponsors by conducting independent and collaborative research, facilitating technology transfer, providing direct support and liaison to the Texas Department of Transportation, and promoting the benefits of transportation research in Central Texas.
