Dear Highly-Regarded Austin Police Department Peace Officers in this state-capital city for Texas,

As I'm sure you are each very aware, I strive to fully and immediately honor any request I receive from a member of the Austin Police Department that I refrain from ever again directly sending any additional e-mails to himself or herself.

On Monday of this week, I was asked in writing (farther below) by a new member of your department, APD Cadet Brandon Lee, that I immediately refrain from sending him any additional e-mails. I have, of course, fully and immediately honored Cadet Lee's written request to me.

I appreciate the very polite manner in which APD Cadet Lee---whom I have never met in person----sent me that request that I refrain from e-mailing to him .

Cadet Brandon Lee's July 19 reply letter to me was the ONLY individualized reply letter I have received so far in response my July 19, 2021, e-mail letter (last item, below)  that I had primarily addressed to my official Austin District 4 representative on the Austin City Council, Council Member Greg Casar.

For the record, the most recent previous rejection letter (immediately below) I can currently recall having received from a member of the Austin Police Department was written and sent to me on February 17, 2020, by APD Lt. Gena Curtis. I very diligently and immediately honored Lt. Curtis's written request to me that I refrain from ever again directly contacting that high-ranking APD peace officer.

Hello Mr. McMillan, may you please remove my email address from the list; I switched positions at APD and am now a cadet and cannot provide any assistance to the public until/ unless I graduate the cadet academy.

Thank you sir.

Dear Austin City Council Member and District 4 Representative Greg Casar,

Are you yourself willing to authorize me to send you occasional e-mails that contain photographic documentation of allegedly illegal trespassers inside my bedroom of my double-bolt-locked apartment unit at nighttime? I am posing this question to you after recalling again today that one member of the Austin Police Department, Senior Police Officer James Turner, stated to me in 2012 that I was forbidden by APD from myself ever sending any photos of alleged possible intruders in my locked apartment at that time to any member of the Austin City Council. In 2012, as you may know, Officer Turner was employed by the APD Crisis Intervention Team. He is currently employed in the APD Sex Crimes Unit. It is possible that APD today is willing to let me send crime-evidence photos of alleged trespassers in my apartment unit to my official representative on the Austin City Council.

Also, do you yourself believe that I have good credibility as a criminal-law complainant in the alleged continuous daily-and-year-round home-invasion-crimes and sex-crimes and  personal-injury-crimes case in which I am a longstanding criminal-law complainant with the Austin Police Department?

The most recent sex-crimes case they've activated for me is APD Case 21-0830533---a case that was opened by APD on the morning of March 24, 2021, when I was a patient inside St. David's Medical Center ER specifically requesting an anal-rape-evidence exam on myself at that  time. The Asian-Indian emergency-room physician, Dr. Nair, stated to me inside my patient room that day that he declined to examine my anus and behind, since he expected I would get that forensic exam later that day when I visited the Austin Safe Alliance compound in south Austin, Dr. Nair stated. He politely emphasized to me that he did not want to do anything that might tamper with the integrity of that forensic sexual-assault-evidence medical exam on me later that day, he said.
During my visit to St. David's on March 24, I called Austin Safe Alliance and was informed that they would not be willing to provide me with a DNA-swabs anal-rape-evidence forensic exam on myself there, since they did not have adequate resources for doing that for me, I was told by Safeline Manager Rachel after I called Austin Safe Alliance on my cell phone.  "Your (John McMillan's) needs surpass what we are able to provide at Eloise House," Rachel stated to me at 12:23 p.m. March 24, 2021.

Finally, Council Member Casar, I read an online account about you which stated that your father is a first-rate medical physician in Houston. Austin Police have told me in recent months that while APD's Sex Crimes Unit is not willing to authorize a forensic rape-evidence exam on myself, I have the option of myself obtaining an exam of that type through a private medical services provider. Is there any possibility that your very honorable Iranian-born father might be willing to help me obtain private testing of that type? The purpose of that private testing would be to demonstrate to the Austin Police that two or more DNA-traces have in fact been obtained from DNA swabs of my anus and behind.

Since I have been completely celibate and have not had any sexual contact of any type with any other person (or any beast) throughout any and all of my own waking or conscious hours ever since and including the day I moved to north Austin in August 2001, ANY DNA trace that matches to a human being other than me is very solid crime evidence that I was, in fact, raped while being held unconscious during my bedtime hours.

I hope to hear from you soon, Council Member Casar.

Sincerely and Best Wishes from a permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984), lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, gainfully-employed (in three different  respective family-friendly corporate-owned restaurants in Austin), dependably civil and law-abiding single adult male Anglo non-Hispanic constituent of yours,
John Kevin McMillan.
