Subject: Very dangerous bridge walkway W.38 /Shoal Ck

Photo taken by me about 2 pm today (Tuesday)  along the southern side of West 38th Street in a walkway area overlooking Shoal Creek Trail---which is located  20 or more feet below.

The hazardous overhanging tree limbs are located a matter of feet west of the intersection of Shoal Creek Boulevard and West 38th Street in central Austin. The walkway along the southern side of West 38th extends eastward toward the nearby Medical Park Tower and the nearby Seton Medical Center in central Austin.

A senior citizen pedestrian or handicapped pedestrian or pedestrian taller than four (?) feet in height could be hit by these overhanging tree limbs and might lose their balance and fall over the rail and be severely
 injured.

The hazardous area in the photo is also located virtually  across the street from the southern side of the  multi-building compound of the culturally and politically influential Temple Beth Israel Reform Judaism congregation.

Best Wishes,
Austin resident John Kevin McMillan.

Subject: Does City need more $ to solve home-invasion crimes?

July 26, 2021

Dear City Government of Austin officials in this state-capital city for Texas,

Do any of you believe the City of Austin needs additional funding in  order to adequately investigate and arrest suspects for  any and all alleged home invasion crimes that have reportedly occurred in Austin, Texas, in the most recent 10-and-one-fourth-year time period?
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best Wishes,
from dependably civil and law-abiding and honest, vigilant, permanently drinking-alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, longtime-celibate by choice, facially cleanshaven, platonicly polite, lifelong-tattoo-less, single adult Anglo Saxon non-Hispanic American citizen; self-identified  continuous-and-continuing daily and year-round  home-invasion crimes victim; and longstanding criminal-law complainant John Kevin McMillan (my date of birth 4-27-57, my place of birth Lincoln, Nebraska).

The most recent alleged home-invasion crimes case for which Austin Police provided me with an official APD ID number was APD Case 21-0830533. That case was opened by APD at my request on March 24, 2021.

Subject: NO AUDIO 8 pm today if you press Cap Metro bus times button below

The current absence of any audio bus departure times  service at this Cap Metro bus stop in north Austin fails to address the needs of visually impaired Cap Metro bus passengers in this District 4 section of north Austin. The current official District 4 representative on the Austin City Council is Greg Casar, a resident of this section of Austin.

Photo was taken by me at 8 p.m. today (Sunday, July 25, 2021) at Stop ID 5226 at the new North Lamar Bay 2 bus stop at the "North Lamar Transit Center", a  major mass-transportation facility that offers Cap Metro bus stops for numerous bus routes in north Austin. The North Lamar Bay 2 bus stop is located a block or two west of the intersection of North Lamar Blvd. and northbound lanes for Research Blvd.

I also noticed the same "no audio" issue this evening when I pushed another Cap Metro audio button at 8:25 pm today (Sunday) at Cap Metro bus stop 2821, the northbound-traffic "Rundberg Station" bus stop along the eastern side of North Lamar Blvd. --- a block south of West Rundberg Ln. in north Austin.

Both bus stops are located fewer than five miles from the Texas Department of Public Safety state law enforcement agency state headquarters compound along North Lamar Blvd. in Austin.

Best Wishes,
Cap Metro passenger John Kevin McMillan.

Dear Open Records Coordinator for the Texas Department of State Health Services state agency,

This is a public-information request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all e-mail communications, reports, memoranda, or other written communications that were written or received at any time since April 1, 2011, by any staff member or attorney or administrator in your state-agency's Office of General Counsel, and that, in each and every such case, referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.

My legal name is "John Kevin McMillan". My date of birth: April 27,1957. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a single adult white Anglo-Saxon non-Hispanic gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry. I lead a permanently drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984), lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana,  lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-non-vaping, dependably civil and law-abiding, non-sadomasochistic and anti-S&M, platonicly polite lifestyle. I strongly oppose "thought-control projects" and I take pride in being privacy-respectful. I myself DO NOT generate any anonymous communications that are inflicted on anyone else in a context that violates or impinges on their own privacy rights. I oppose verbal harassment of or by anyone.

I have been and continue to be gainfully employed as a non-managerial staff member at one or more  restaurant workplaces in the Austin area of Texas on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since April 27, 2002.

I am a very recent criminal-law complainant in APD Alleged Home-Invasion-Crimes and Alleged Sex Crimes Case 21-0830533----an APD crime case that was activated by APD on March 24, 2021. No DNA-swabs forensic anal-rape-evidence medical exam on me has been authorized by APD's Sex Crimes Unit or the Austin Safe Alliance so far this year. However, I remain very hopeful that the infrared motion-sensitive photographic documentation of alleged trespassers inside the bedroom of my bolt-locked current rental-apartment unit during my sleeping hours that I have been providing to the APD Sex Crimes Unit over a multi-month period this year (and in other recent years as well) will help to convince that APD unit of my urgent need for a forensic DNA-swabs anal-rape-evidence medical exam on me as soon as possible.

My primary personal e-mail address, "mcmillanj@att.net",  has remained the same throughout the 10-and-one-third-year period applicable to this public-information request. My landline phone number, (512) 342-2295, has remained the same throughout the entire 10-and-one-third-year period applicable to this public-information request.  My cell phone number of (512) 993-7305 has been the same ever since the summer of 2019, when I became a cell phone owner and cell phone user for the first time ever.

I have resided at the following respective home addresses during the 10-and-one-third-year period applicable to this public-information request:
---Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Austin, TX 78759.
---Crossland Economy Studios, Extended Stay America, 12621 Hymeadow Road, Apt. 133, Austin, TX 78729.

and, ever since June 21, 2019, Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Building 17, Apt. 2418, Austin, TX 78753.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

public-information requestor John Kevin McMillan.
