At this time, the RRISD offices are closed due to the very serious national and international public health concerns related to the spread of COVID-19. Because of these serious health/death related concerns, RRISD remains closed, but it is providing educational services to students and holding Board meetings as needed to continue to provide educational services and essential business services. No other regular business is being conducted by RRISD until further notice.

Requests are being tracked while the district is closed. You will be notified when your request can be processed.

Thank you.
Sincerely,
Open Records & Legal Services Department

Dear Round Rock ISD Open Records Coordinator,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all e-mail communications or reports or other written communications that any staff member or officer or administrator of your Round Rock ISD "Safety and Security Department" has received or produced or sent or e-mailed or mailed or forwarded or FAXed at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 28, 2011, and that, in each such case, referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.

Among the staff members of your highly-regarded public school district who are included in the scope of this request are Jeffrey D. Yarbrough, Executive Director of Safety and Security, office phone number 512-253-1600; Amy Grosso, Director of Behavioral Health Services for your school district's Safety and Security Department, with her phone number of 512-464-5976; and Rosanna Oliver, Coordinator of your Safety and Security Department, phone number 512-464-5904.

Many of the very polite and helpful coworkers of mine at chain restaurant workplaces where I have been employed as a server, busser, or maintenance staff member in the multi-year time period responsive to this public-information request have each stated to me inside our workplace that they were students or recent alumni of Westwood High School, McNeil High School, or another public high school of Round Rock ISD. At least one Westwood High School student or recent alumnus of Westwood High politely stated to me during working hours for each of us inside our Outback Steakhouse chain-restaurant workplace that his public high school had a reputation for being the "Harvard High" of Austin, he said.

One hard-working Westwood High School alumnus, Trevor Glynn, in 2011 or 2012 very courageously stated to me outdoors about 10 or 20 feet from the side entrance to our Outback Steakhouse chain workplace that "I (Outback Steakhouse server Trevor Glynn) know for a fact (sic) that it's (alleged daily home-invasion-related personal-injury crimes victimizing you, coworker John Kevin McMillan, during your sleeping hours as you lie alone on your own bed inside your bolt-locked apartment unit) going on!"

In that same conversation I had with Trevor Glynn, or possibly another conversation we had outdoors during that time period that took place a matter of feet from the side entrance to our Outback workplace, Trevor Glynn stated to me that he himself would like to someday work for the Federal Bureau of Investigation law-enforcement agency.

My date of birth is April 27, 1957. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska.

I was Salutatorian of the Class of 1975 at Stephen F. Austin High School of Austin Independent School District. I have a Master's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, and I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

I reside alone as a rent-paying official tenant inside a solo-occupancy always-fully-bolt-locked and always-fully-locked efficiency rental-apartment unit at a large gated-community apartment complex, Pebble Creek Apartments at 8805 North Plaza Drive in north Austin.

When Austin Independent School District (AISD) classes are being held, my current apartment complex in Austin is serviced on schoolday mornings by AISD buses and AISD bus drivers.

During the nine-year period applicable to this public-information request, I have resided at the following locations:

---Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Austin, TX 78759.
---Crossland Economy Studios, 12621 Hymeadow Road, Apt. 133, Austin, TX 78729.
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Apt. 902, Austin, TX 78759.
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Apt. 1609, Austin, TX 78759.
---Austin Motor Inn, 11400 North Interstate Highway 35, a first-floor room, Austin, TX 78753.
---Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apt. 2418, Austin, TX 78753.

I am the founder and only approved current member of a new and non-Christian non-proselytizing "Honor Society" religion, the anti-marijuana, anti-medical-marijuana, anti-illicit-drugs, anti-tobacco, anti-drinking-alcohol, anti-tattoos, anti-profanity-minded, anti-facial-hair-minded "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion", that has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements.

That one total religion of mine opposes home-invasion crimes, opposes personal-injury-crimes, opposes sexual assault crimes, opposes the sex crime of pederasty, opposes the infliction of profanity or obscene speech on anyone in a context that violates their own privacy rights, opposes anonymous communications that violate the privacy of the person being subjected to those communications, opposes fraudulent or knowingly dishonest communications, opposes thought-control projects, opposes so-called "deprogramming" projects, opposes kidnappings, opposes hostage-takings, opposes compelled speech that violates the privacy rights of the individual being subjected to that compelled speech against his wishes, and opposes deliberate infliction of continuous noise pollution on anyone in a context that harms their own medical health or that is aimed at punishing them for having political or religious or personal beliefs---or personal prejudices, even---that are disliked or opposed by the perpetrators of that noise pollution.

Numerous Austin-area residents have stated to me over a multi-year period that they either dislike or intensely dislike my own fully-independent "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion"---an implicitly-deistic, non-atheistic factually-minded religion on behalf of which around the turn of the century I gave several televised speeches on local Community Access Television here in Austin.

I hope to hear from you soon in response to this public-information request from myself.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, requestor.
