July 23, 2020
Dear Distinguished Government Officials and Civic Leaders,
I would appreciate receiving a reply letter from any state government official, other government official, or civic leader who might be willing to help me politely convince State Rep. Eddie Rodriguez that state law in Texas requires him to respond in writing in a timely manner to my June 30, 2020, e-mail public-information request (final item, below) directly addressed to himself.
I still have not received any preliminary reply note or letter of any type on this from State Rep. Eddie Rodriguez of Travis County, Texas.
I hope to hear from any of you in the very near future in regard to this apparent governmental-integrity issue.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
public-information requestor John Kevin McMillan.

Dear Dr. Yale,
Thank you for your very thoughtful reply note to me.
I have checked again in my online computer records, and ever since my first reported e-mail to Rep. Eddie Rodriguez of the Austin area that I sent to him June 14, 2016, I received ZERO automatic-message e-mail replies from State Rep. Eddie Rodriguez and ZERO reply notes of any other type from that particular state legislator.
By contrast, Ms. Sarah Eckhardt during her tenure as Travis County Judge here in Austin did send me a much-appreciated reply e-mail note in which she stated in writing that she supports safe housing conditions for everyone, including myself.
I will be glad to share with you that very nice e-mail reply letter to me from then-County Judge Eckhardt.
Thank you again, Dr. Yale, for your very kind interest in my living conditions here in Austin!
Please do not hesitate to call me or write to me if you have any additional questions or factual information you would like to offer me or pose to me that relates or relate in any way to privacy-rights concerns in regard to my own housing conditions that I have expressed to legal authorities here in Austin.
With Friendly Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.

This surprises me - that his office sent no replies. I know that when I email Kirk Watson his office does reply via email. It is usually a standard email that says something like "Thank you for communicating with me".
