Dear City of Austin (TX) Mayor Kirk Watson,

Congratulations to yourself on your current very  influential role as Mayor of the State-Capital City for Texas.

Above is the much-appreciated reply e-mail letter you kindly and courageously wrote and e-mailed to me on January 3, 2020, during a prior tenure of yours  as a State Senator from Austin.

Austin Mayor Watson, do you agree with me that full and complete forensic  sexual assault medical evidence exams and full and complete DNA-traces processing of those medical exam-generated  rape evidence kits from criminal-law complainant  crime victims in Austin play a major role in protecting rape victims' ability to later benefit from   safe housing conditions on a year-round and continuing  basis?

  I am also  writing you today to ask you whether you know of any circumstance in which you as Mayor of Austin would support full six-month-retroactive DNA- traces processing by the Austin Police Department (APD) or some other department of the City of Austin of a  sexual-assault forensic medical evidence kit in APD's or the City of Austin's possession?

I am specifically referring to separate  rape-evidence kits that respective on-duty  forensic nurses obtained from myself, John Kevin McMillan, at my request on April 28, 2011; on December 22, 2011; and on September 2, 2021,  respectively, in my capacity  as a  longtime celibate (ever since one total day in 1995) and dependably sober adult white non-Hispanic male victim  of alleged continuous daily and year-round  Home Invasion Somnophiliac Sexual Assault Crimes and Elder Abuse Crimes or Child Abuse Crimes allegedly  perpetrated against myself during my sleeping hours as I lay alone, unconscious or held unconscious, on my own bed inside my locked rental-apartment unit in Austin.

These alleged Home Invasion Sexual Assault Crimes allegedly victimized me on a nightly and multi-year  basis in Austin, Texas, despite my having been  a permanently alcohol-free (ever since 1990),  permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984), lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all  illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong -tobacco-free, lifelong-nonvaping,  lifelong-tattoo-less, permanently jewelry-less, facially cleanshaven, clean-talking and non-profane, platonicly polite,  civil and law-abiding and honest public-safety-minded  American citizen, including  during my sleeping hours as I lay alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious,  inside my fully locked rental apartment unit in Austin.
