This most recent online Public Information Request of mine  to the Austin (TX) Police Department at their official City Government of Austin website was received by the Austin Police Department (farther below, their  reply letter to me) at 10:42 p.m. Mountain Time today (Saturday, March 9).

 My  Public Information Request tonight seeks:

"One copy each of any report or other document or  legal record that states or cites the  name and APD Badge Number of each  APD Cold Cases Crime investigator  who is currently  investigating or at any time since April 28, 2011,  was previously   investigating  an APD Special Victims Unit Cold Case;  an APD  Cold Cases Sexual-Assault Crimes Case;  an APD Cold Cases Elder Abuse Case; an APD  Cold Cases Child-Abuse Case; an APD Cold Cases Violent Hate-Crimes Case; an APD Cold Cases  Inter-Racial  Harassment and Inter-Racial Somnophiliac Sexual-Assault Hate-Crimes Case; an APD Alleged Homicidal or Attempted Homicide  'Snuff Movie' Production Cold Case; an APD Inter-Racial Kidnapping Cold Case;   an APD Cold Cases Home-Invasion Personal-Injury Crimes  Case;  an APD Stalking and Harassment Cold Case; an APD Continuous Medically Injurious Noise Pollution Harassment and   Illegal Thought-Control Project Hostage-taking Cold Case; an alleged continuous Attempted Deliberate and Willful Deafness-Infliction Cold Case; an alleged Continuous Fraudulent Communications Felony Crimes Cold Case; an allegedly Illegal Solitary Confinement and Illegal Unauthorized  'Defacto Incarceration' Cold Case;  or any other type of Cold Case in which I myself was or am the cited victim of an alleged felony sexual-assault crime  or other alleged felony   personal-injury crime.

"My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, on April 27, 1957.

"I myself do not have any criminal conviction record.

"I am a lifelong citizen of the USA. I am a white non-Hispanic Anglo-Saxon English-Scottish-German-ancestry  lifelong single gentleman. I  am founder and only approved member of the politely non-Christian "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion"----a non-proseltyzing anti-alcohol, anti-tobacco, anti-marijuana, anti-tattoos, anti-facial hair, anti-stalking, factually focused implicitly deistic   religion that does not agree to having a second member at any time in the foreseeable future.

"I have been and continue to be  completely celibate, with no sexual contact between myself and any other adult person,  on a continuous and ininterrupted basis ever since one total day in 1995, when I resided in Baytown, Texas.

"On December 31, 2021, I relocated --- through a commercial airplane flight I took ---- from Austin, Texas, to Salt Lake City, Utah. I have resided in Utah on a continuous and ininterrupted basis ever since December 31, 2021. Two respective  officers of the Austin Police Department in 2021 each recommended to me that I move to Salt Lake City, Utah, as a safer and more appropriate city of residence for me. 

"Some of the APD Sex Crimes cases for which a forensic DNA-traces sexual-assault evidence medical- exam kit was obtained from me at my request by a forensic nurse inside an emergency room of a hospital in Austin, Texas, were:

----APD Case 11-1180447, a felony Sex Crimes case opened by APD's Sex Crimes Unit on April 28, 2011.

----APD Case 11-3550615, an alleged felony Sex Crimes crime case opened by APD on December 21, 2011.

----APD Case 2021-2440624, a felony Sex Crimes case activated  by a first-rate male detective in APD's Sex Crimes Unit on September 1, 2021."
