Dear Open Records Administrator for the City Government of Sunset Valley in Texas, 

This is a Texas Open Records Request. 

I am seeking a photocopy of any and all reports,   Internal Affairs investigations notes and  findings,  employee disciplinary action statements, records of dismissals or resignations, memoranda, e-mail communications, letters, or records generated or received  by Lt. Richard Andreucci,  Officer Josh Simon,  or any  staff member, officer, or administrator of  the Office of Chief of Police for the Sunset Valley Police Department, at any time from  April 28, 2011, through the present that in each such case directly  referred to me at least once as having myself  been the victim of a felony sexual-assault crime, some other felony crime, or a cited misdemeanor crime.

NOT INCLUDED in the scope of this request are any and all e-mail letters written by me.

At about 3 p.m. Central Time on January 22, 2013, I received an unexpected phone call on my home phone line (my phone number was 512-342-2295) inside my Wind River Crossing apartment unit, Apt. 325, in northwest  Austin, Texas,  from Sunset Valley (TX)  Police Department Lt. Richard Andreucci. He began the phone call by posing  a question to me about a male colleague of his at the  Sunset Valley Police Department----Officer Josh Simon. 

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, on April 27, 1957.  I am a white male non-Hispanic lifelong American citizen and  lifelong single gentleman who myself has been completely celibate on a continuous and uninterrupted  basis ever since one total day in 1995.

I most recently  resided in Austin, Texas, from mid-March 1997 to December 31, 2021. I moved to Salt Lake County, Utah, from Austin, Texas, by a commercial  airplane flight  on December 31, 2021.

I am "Progressive Prohibitionist" in religious identity. In the late 1990s I gave several  televised speeches on behalf of  my strictly-one-member (only me), factually minded,  politely non-Christian, anti-alcohol, anti-tobacco,  and non-proseltyzing "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" on local community-access television in the Austin area.

I have used the personal e-mail address of "mcmillanj@att.net" throughout the entire  time period applicable to this public-information request.

"Wind River Crossing"  was the apartment complex where off-duty Sunset Valley Police Department Officer Josh Simon was reportedly employed as a Security Officer for that complex during a multi-month or multi-year time period  when I resided at Wind River Crossing.
