The Helpful Reply Letter I Received This Week from Utah State Representative Marsha Judkins

 The much-appreciated reply letter I received yesterday from Utah State Representative Marsha Judkins of the Utah Legislature.

I currently reside in the respective State House and State Senate legislative  districts served and represented by  Utah State House member Joel Briscoe and Utah State Senator Jen Plumb.

An elected official will not be removed from office for not responding to a constituent's emails, but you definitely do not have to vote for that person if they run for office again.

Dear Very Honorable Members of the Utah House who have each very kindly sent me a polite  reply letter,

Do any of you know of any circumstance in which a state lawmaker who repeatedly ever since 2022 declines to write and send any reply letter to a tax-paying registered voter constituent of theirs (myself, for instance), might forfeit his or her own legal right to "officially represent" that individual in the Utah Legislature?

If so, which Utahn lawmakers would then be permitted to officially "represent" that individual in the Utah House and and Utah Senate,  respectively?
