Dear Cody,

Thank you again for providing me on the telephone this afternoon with your official U.S. Government e-mail address in your very influential role as the first-rate  Outreach Coordinator for the courageous new Congresswoman Celeste Maloy of Utah.

As I indicated  to you on the phone this afternoon, I as a law-abiding constituent of Rep. Maloy am very  hopeful that she will be willing to author or sponsor a proposed new federal law.

I am seeking approval by the U.S. Congress of a new federal law that classifies as a "Hate Crime"  any and all Inter-Racial Sexual-Assault Crimes and any and all Inter-Racial Home-Invasion Personal-Injury Crimes-----including when  the victim is a member of the "White Non-Hispanic" Racial Group and the perpetrator is  a member of another  Racial Group.

At present, it is alarmingly apparent that White Non-Hispanic American citizens such as myself are denied  equal  protection under federal law.

Specifically, we White Non-Hispanic American citizens are denied full protection by the U.S. legal system against  scenarios of our  being victimized by Inter-Racial Stalking,  Inter-Racially Inflicted Illegal Electronic Surveillance, Inter-Racially Inflicted and Heinous Attempted "Snuff-Movie Productions", Inter-Racial Sexual Harassment, Inter-Racially Inflicted Lewd and Obscene and Profane Communications,  Inter-Racial Slander, Inter-Racial Libel,  Inter-Racial Pranks, Inter-Racial Death Threats, Inter-Racial Elder Abuse, Inter-Racial Torture Tactics, Inter-Racial Fraudulent Communications, Inter-Racial Vigilantism,  Inter-Racial Violence, Inter-Racial Home-Invasion Crimes, Inter-Racial Rape, Inter-Racially Inflicted Human Trafficking, Inter-Racial Verbal Harassment, Inter-Racial Death Threats, Inter-Racial Kidnapping, Inter-Racial Hostage-Taking, Inter-Racially Inflicted Thought-Control Projects,  Inter-Racially Inflicted Noise-Pollution Harassment, and other forms of Inter-Racial Abuse.

At present, widespread neglect of the legal rights of us law-abiding White Non-Hispanic American Citizens is shockingly outrageous. 

I recently pursued an online Google search for  an Inter-Racial Abuse Attorney here in Utah. Each of the Utahn attorneys highlighted online by my Google search had an apparent focus  on helping non-white  persons who claim they were victims of inter-racial abuse perpetrated by white persons.
