Thank you for your most recent reply letter that you sent me today. Your reply letter informed me that on Monday, November 6, 2023, you will mail to me at my current mailing address of 535 South 200 East, Apt. 912, Ninth Floor, Salt Lake City, UT, 84111, a disc that contains any and all legal documents on file with your DA's Office in Austin that are responsive to my most recent Open Records request to your DA's Office.
That emailed request from me was officially received by your DA's Office on October 23, 2023.
May I respectfully ask you how many total legal documents are contained in the disc you plan to mail to me? Also, are you asking me to pay a fee to the Travis County DA's Office in exchange for the disc you will be mailing to me on November 6?
My October 23, 2023, e-mail public-information request (last item, below) had sought "a copy of any and all e-mails or letters or other legal documents, and a copy of any and all phone messages, that each directly refer to me as currently being or having previously been a current or former crime suspect; a person convicted of a crime; an expected future crime suspect; or an expected future crime perpetrator, and that were each generated, authored, received, sent, mailed, FAXed, or forwarded by a staff member or official of your Travis County District Attorney's Office during the time period from 8 a.m. January 1, 2021, through 8 a.m. Monday, October 23, 2023."
Ms. Duttinger, I will look forward to diligently reviewing all of the documents contained in the disc that you will be mailing to me at my current permanent mailing address in Salt Lake City, Utah.
