I still have not received any reply letter from you in response to my October 22, 2023-dated Open Records Request (below) that you officially received on October 23.
I might politely add that I have not received any carbon-copy to me on behalf of your DA's Office of any legal letter that may have been sent to the Attorney General of Texas in regard to my October 23 request.
I am referring to an official legal letter in which the Travis County Attorney's Office on your behalf requested exemption from the state law that would have required you to provide me with a copy of any and all documents responsive to my October 23 request.
If I do not receive any written reply from you by the State of Texas-mandated 10-business-day deadline of 5 p.m. Central Time tomorrow, I will have no choice but to myself promptly file a civilly worded Open Records complaint with the Attorney General of Texas in Austin.

I would appreciate your confirming for me in writing as soon as possible that on Monday morning, October 23, 2023, you received the following (see farther below for the full text of that e-mail) Texas Open Records Request I had written and e-mailed to you, and that it is in acceptable form (if true) for you to provide me with any and all responsive legal documents within 10 working days of the business day you received that request from me.
That most recent information request of mine had stated:
"This is a follow-up Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all e-mails or letters or other legal documents, and a copy of any and all phone messages, that each directly refer to me as currently being or having previously been a current or former crime suspect; a person convicted of a crime; an expected future crime suspect; or an expected future crime perpetrator, and that were each generated, authored, received, sent, mailed, FAXed, or forwarded by a staff member or official of your Travis County District Attorney's Office during the time period from 8 a.m. January 1, 2021, through 8 a.m. Monday, October 23, 2023."

I moved away from Travis County, and from Texas, through an airplane flight in which I was a ticket- paying passenger traveling alone on December 31, 2021. I have resided in Utah on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since the afternoon of December 31, 2021.
