Dear Very Honorable Travis County (TC)  Government officials in Austin, Texas,

Happy Holiday Season to each of you first-rate officials for your politically  influential county government, with Austin being the county seat of your Central Texas county.

On March 22, 2021, during a time period when I resided in Austin and in Texas, I received the following (below) e-mail reply letter from Travis County  Executive Sherri E. Fleming,  the female African-American Travis County Government Chief Executive Officer of the Travis County Health and Human Services Department in Austin, Texas. 

County Executive Fleming, who held that very influential and powerful  position of leadership   for many years before her retirement in 2022, routinely attended Travis County Commissioners Court meetings in Austin on behalf of her department and frequently  responded to questions and concerns from members of your local governing body.

I would appreciate a written response from any of you Travis County Government officials----or any other recipient of this friendly  follow-up letter from me---- in regard to whether you each believe that all of the statements made to me by Ms. Fleming in her March 22, 2021, reply letter to me were fully honest and fully accurate.

Mr. McMillan:

In response to your email below, I am not privy to any factual information about the identity of any source or sponsor or financier of any continuous noise pollution in Austin, Texas, that has been and continues to be medically injurious to you or any other residents  also situated in Austin.

Further, I do not know the identity of the source or sponsor or financier of the continuous noise pollution in Austin, Texas.

In my appearances on behalf of the Travis County Health and Human Services Department at Travis County Commissioners Court meetings over the most recent 16-year period here in Austin, I have not at any time discussed that particular public-health issue with members of the Travis County Commissioners Court.

I, personally, have not had any conversations with or sent or received any written communications to or from the new director of the City Government of Austin Public Health Department, Ms. Stephanie Hayden-Howard, that referred to the cited public-policy issue.

Finally, I have not had any occasion to directly contact any official of the Austin Police Department, and directly expressed my own concern about alleged continuous noise pollution that has been determined to be medically harmful to you or any other residents also situated in Austin.

I have no further information to provide related to your inquiry on the subject of noise pollution.
