This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any financial records or reports on file with the State Comptroller of Texas that refer to any expenditure in Texas of state-government funds, county-government funds, city-government funds, public-school-district funds, or regional-government funds at any time since January 1, 2015, for the purpose of monitoring or evaluating or editing the content of my own inner-thought-process or the content of my own nocturnal dreams.
My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born at Lincoln, Nebraska, on April 27, 1957. I am a gainfully employed, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984), lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-tattoo-less, dependably civil and law-abiding and honest (and with no criminal-conviction record), consistently clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), consistently facially-cleanshaven (no mustache, no beard, no goatee), platonicly polite, longtime-celibate, single adult white male 63-year-old American citizen of English, Scottish, and German ancestry.
I am also a certified direct descendant of the Rev. William Brewster, the great Puritan religious leader who served as head chaplain on the Mayflower and, later, as a leading religious adviser to British Plymouth Colony Governor William Bradford in colonial territory that was governed during that time period by The United Kingdom. I myself am a lifelong non-Christian, and I'm the founder and only approved current member of the "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" --- a new "Honor Society" religion with very stringent membership-eligibility requirements.
This public-information request is prompted in part by a surprising disclosure that a male Boston-area private attorney volunteered to me on the telephone from his law firm office earlier this century. During a long-distance phone call I made to the cited highly-rated attorney, he volunteered to me from his end of the phone line that "You (John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas) may have been victimized by an illegal federally sponsored thought-control project during a period of the 1980s when you lived in the South Shore area near Boston" (approximate quote).
One American History Professor at the University of Texas at Austin, Professor Lewis Gould, in 1988 or 1987 made a very surprising unsolicited statement to me on the telephone during a local phone call I made to his and his wife's home in which he did not verbalize any specific rejection of myself at that time. "Keep your thoughts away from me" (exact quote), Professor Gould stated to me with emphasis in that 1988 or 1987 phone conversation----a matter of a year or two after I had visited Professor Gould at his and his wife's west Austin home in 1986 upon specific prior invitation from Professor Gould for that visit.
One former schoolmate of mine at Stephen F. Austin High School of Austin Independent School District, Sarah Goodfriend, in 1990 or 1991 verbalized to me the following unsolicited statement on the telephone during a long-distance phone call I made to her private residence from my rental apartment unit in Sweetwater, Texas: "John, I want you to try very hard to remember someone from your distant past who does not want to have ANYTHING to do with you! John, do you think you can stop having any more thoughts of any type about that person? Do you think you can do that for me, John?" (near-exact quote).
This public-information request is also prompted by surprising statements to me about the content of my nocturnal dreams during my sleeping periods in Texas that personal acquaintances of mine or relatives have volunteered to me:
"You (John Kevin McMillan) have nice dreams about girls," (exact quote), the above-cited Austin High alumnus Sarah Goodfriend volunteered to me in 1990 or 1991, during a long-distance phone call I made to her private residence that I made when I resided in Sweetwater, Texas.
"In your dreams, you are a woman" (exact quote), my biological mother, Phyllis Delores (Gardner) McMillan, volunteered to me in 1988 in an unsolicited statement to me on the telephone during a long-distance phone call I made to her and Father's home in Westlake Hills, Texas, from my duplex rental-apartment unit in El Campo, Texas.
"Your statement to me in our phone conversation about having had recent very pleasant nocturnal dreams about me (Mrs. Margaret Watson of Dallas) during your sleeping periods inside your apartment in Sweetwater (TX) elicits a 'YUCK!' (sic) from me!" (approximate quote), former "Daily Texan" student-newspaper coworker Mrs. Margaret Watson of Dallas, Texas, stated to me with apparent disdain from her end of the phone line during a long-distance phone call I made in 1990 or 1991 from my city of residence at that time, Sweetwater, Texas, to her and her husband Tres Watson's Dallas home.
