Dear Public Information Coordinator for the City Government of Austin,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from any and all applicable offices or departments of the City Government of Austin a copy of any and all phone messages or records of phone calls between or among or involving, and a copy of any and all written communications (including e-mail communications or letters or reports) between or among or involving, any official or staff member or attorney or investigator of any office or department or division of the Attorney General of Texas state agency, AS WELL AS OR SPECIFICALLY IN ADDITION TO any official or employee or staff member or attorney or City Council member of the City Government of Austin, and that, in each and every such case, were generated or written or typed or sent or FAXed or mailed or e-mailed or received or forwarded at any time since January 1, 2016, and that, in addition, in each such case referred at least once in any manner to myself, Austin District 10 resident John Kevin McMillan.

The focus of this information request, in a nutshell, are communications referring to me at any time since January 1, 2016, that occurred between any applicable office or department of the City Government of Austin and any division or office of the Attorney General of Texas state agency.

Any and all letters or e-mail letters that were exclusively and solely written by myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin District 10, are specifically EXCLUDED from the scope of this public-information request.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I have resided as an official rent-paying tenant or official rent-paying occupant, respectively, in Apartment 902 at Village Oaks Apartments, Building 9, 10926 Jollyville Road, Austin, TX, 78759, ever since mid-September 2015. Ever since early January 2017, most recently, I have been and continue to be officially classified by the management team at Village Oaks as a rent-paying official tenant.

I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, on April 27, 1957.

I am a gainfully employed and permanently alcohol-free, single-by-choice, longtime-celibate-by-choice, white gentleman of Scottish-English-German ancestry. I am an alumnus of Stephen F. Austin High School of Austin Independent School District in Austin, Texas; the University of Texas at Austin; and the University of Minnesota Graduate School of Journalism and Mass Communications in Minneapolis.
I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997

This public-information request was prompted in part by recent factual information I received from the Attorney General of Texas state agency in regard to telephone communications and written communications that occurred in 2017, for instance, between that state agency and the City Attorney's Office (and possibly other offices or departments of the City of Austin as well, I myself might add), that specifically referred at least once in some manner to myself, Austin District 10 resident and public-information requestor John Kevin McMillan.

Thank you in advance for your prompt and very thorough and authoritative reply letter providing me with any and all copies of documents responsive to this public-information request.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan.
