A respectful FYI to each of you on the following very polite on-line public-policy-related question I posed to U.S. President Joe Biden today at his official White House website in Washington, D.C.
I insist on asserting my legal right to myself press criminal charges through any and all government law-enforcement agencies with jurisdiction against any person or persons or group of persons who allegedly are ever identified at any time as having been or being physically present anywhere inside my current bolt-locked solo-occupancy rental-apartment unit during my bedtime hours at nighttime.
The only possible exceptions to that at any time since mid-day June 21, 2019, would be in regard to strictly-on-duty visits by Austin (TX) Police Department officers for whom I opened the front door of my unit and invited them into my unit on each such occasion at nighttime, and, on one total occasion ever since June 21, 2019, a strictly-on-duty visit by Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services Staff members that probably occurred at nighttime, and who directly and specifically responded to a 911 phone call from me within minutes after I had vomited repeatedly inside my current efficiency-apartment unit in northeast Austin.
I greatly appreciated the "Thank you for your submission!" reply message I received at 11:11 a.m. today (Monday, March 1, 2021) from President Joe Biden in Washington, D.C.
That reply message from our very impressive and Constitutional Rights-minded Democratic Party-affiliated new Chief of State was in direct response to the following online message I had written and submitted to President Biden at his official White House website at 11:11 a.m. today:
"President Biden, do you support safe housing conditions for me during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed inside my current bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments in northeast Austin?
"I am posing this question to you because I feel very hopeful you strongly support the legal right of longtime-celibate, law-abiding, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, single adult American citizens residing alone inside a bolt-locked rental-apartment unit ---I myself being among those individuals---to live alone and sleep alone inside their unit in their capacity as the only approved tenant and only approved occupant inside their solo-occupancy rental-apartment unit in the USA.
"I also hope you strongly support the legal right of male adult tenants fitting the above description to sleep alone inside their own bolt-locked rental-apartment without anyone but that tenant ever being physically present anywhere inside his locked rental unit at any time during his own bedtime hours or sleeping hours at nighttime.
"I have always paid my full rent on time for my current solo-occupancy apt. unit in Austin that I have resided in ever since June 21, 2019, on two separate respective official apartment-management-team-approved 12-month lease agreements. My current lease agreement for my rental-apartment unit expires at 11:59 p.m. June 30, 2021."
