A respectful FYI (below) to each of you on the two total separate online communications to U.S. President Joe Biden at his official White House website that were written and submitted by me on or after January 20, 2021, including one such online communication from me earlier today; one total online-related follow-up e-mail question I posed to our new Chief of State on January 29, 2021; and one total question I posed to President Biden online on January 29, 2021, at his White House's official Facebook site.
As of 3:30 p.m. today, I have not received any reply note or reply letter or phone call or friendly knock at the front door of my current always-bolt-locked efficiency-apartment unit from or directly on behalf of U.S. President Biden or the FBI or any other federal agency in response to any of the questions or requests for assistance I have directly submitted to that very impressive new U.S. President whom I proudly voted for in the November 2020 Presidential Election.
The above-cited e-mail follow-up letter from me that I wrote and addressed to President Biden had posed the following polite question on January 29, 2021, to President Biden:
"I would also like to take this opportunity today to respectfully ask you whether you as our first-rate new U.S. President have the legal authority to yourself directly and personally order from The White House a comprehensive new January 2021 or February 2021 comprehensive DNA-swabs forensic medical-evidence sexual-assault exam on me by a first-rate certified forensic nurse."
Also on January 29, 2021, I wrote and directly submitted at 7:44 p.m. that day to President Biden at his official White House website the following question for which I have not received any reply message so far: "Dear President Biden, Congratulations again on your phenomenally impressive first week as our nation's duly elected new Chief of State. Mr. President, are you willing to please send me an email address for yourself that will enable me send you public-policy brainstorming letters on a year-round basis throughout your very successful first term as U.S. President?"
I would appreciate any written response on any aspect of this that President Biden, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or any government official, civic leader, political leader, religious leader, personal friend or friendly acquaintance, or friendly former classmate of mine is willing to offer me.

A respectful FYI to each of you on the following very polite on-line public-policy-related question I posed to U.S. President Joe Biden today at his official White House website in Washington, D.C.
I insist on asserting my legal right to myself press criminal charges through any and all government law-enforcement agencies with jurisdiction against any person or persons or group of persons who allegedly are ever identified at any time as having been or being physically present anywhere inside my current bolt-locked solo-occupancy rental-apartment unit during my bedtime hours at nighttime.
The only possible exceptions to that at any time since mid-day June 21, 2019, would be in regard to strictly-on-duty visits by Austin (TX) Police Department officers for whom I opened the front door of my unit and invited them into my unit on each such occasion at nighttime, and, on one total occasion ever since June 21, 2019, a strictly-on-duty visit by Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services Staff members that probably occurred at nighttime, and who directly and specifically responded to a 911 phone call from me within minutes after I had vomited repeatedly inside my current efficiency-apartment unit in northeast Austin.
I greatly appreciated the "Thank you for your submission!" reply message I received at 11:11 a.m. today (Monday, March 1, 2021) from President Joe Biden in Washington, D.C.
That reply message from our very impressive and Constitutional Rights-minded Democratic Party-affiliated new Chief of State was in direct response to the following online message I had written and submitted to President Biden at his official White House website at 11:11 a.m. today:
"President Biden, do you support safe housing conditions for me during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed inside my current bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments in northeast Austin?
"I am posing this question to you because I feel very hopeful you strongly support the legal right of longtime-celibate, law-abiding, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, single adult American citizens residing alone inside a bolt-locked rental-apartment unit ---I myself being among those individuals---to live alone and sleep alone inside their unit in their capacity as the only approved tenant and only approved occupant inside their solo-occupancy rental-apartment unit in the USA.

Congratulations on your phenomenally first-rate style as our nation's wonderfully incisive and courageous new Chief of State! Each succeeding day of your presidency brings the great news from you that you are diligently addressing public-policy-related crises in our nation in a very prompt and wise manner.
Mr. President, this is a courtesy reminder note to yourself. I continue to await a reply letter from you at your earliest convenience on the following (farther below) online question and accompanying comments that I respectfully posed to you online at 2:11 p.m. Central Time on the day of your Inauguration (Wednesday, Presidential Inauguration Day, January 20, 2021) at your official U.S. Government White House website.
I would also like to take this opportunity today to respectfully ask you whether you as our first-rate new U.S. President have the legal authority to yourself directly and personally order from The White House a comprehensive new January 2021 or February 2021 comprehensive DNA-swabs forensic medical-evidence sexual-assault exam on me by a first-rate certified forensic nurse.
The proposed new forensic medical-evidence DNA-swabs sexual-assault exam for me that I am requesting could be performed on me in Austin, Texas, or, if you prefer, in the Washington, D.C. area or in Minnesota or Nebraska or in the greater Boston area of Massachusetts or in Central Massachusetts or Delaware or Pennsylvania or New York City, New York, for instance.
I am referring to a new forensic rape-evidence medical exam on me that will be accompanied by full 190-day-or-longer retroactive DNA-traces processing of any and all DNA swabs and all other DNA-traceable items in the new rape-evidence kit to be obtained from myself. I have been completely celibate ever since and including the day I moved into my current double-bolt-locked apartment unit; any retroactive or current forensic medical-exam DNA trace to anyone other than me is very strong crime evidence that I was sexually-assaulted by that individual.
That new rape-evidence kit from me that I am requesting, with your kind help on that, will be the first-ever rape-evidence kit from me in 10 years that any government agency or law-enforcement agency or medical-services provider has been willing to authorize for me.
The Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit continues to store two rape-evidence kits from me from 2011---two rape-evidence kits, I might add, that apparently have never been retroactively processed by that APD unit for DNA-trace evidence from full maximum possible applicable 190-day retroactive-processing time period that extended backward to 2010 or earlier in 2011, respectively.
Mr. President, below is the full text of the online statement to you I addressed and submitted directly to you at your official White House website after your Inauguration on January 20, 2021, with one total clarification added by me below through my subsequent insertion of the word "than", sandwiched between parentheses, into the third paragraph below:
"Are you willing to ask your FBI director today to authorize an immediate and comprehensive DNA-traces forensic medical exam on me ASAP that obtains forensic swabs of my anal cavity, behind, groin area, mouth, hips, legs, etc.?

"Are you willing to ask your FBI director today to authorize an immediate and comprehensive DNA-traces forensic medical exam on me ASAP that obtains forensic swabs of my anal cavity, behind, groin area, mouth, hips, legs, etc.?
"Full and comprehensive 190-day-or-longer retroactive DNA-traces processing of that entire FBI-obtained rape-evidence kit from me will be a life-saver for me. I can then press criminal-law charges through the FBI or Homeland Security or, at the state/local level, the Austin Police Department, Texas Rangers of the Texas Department of Public Safety state agency, Travis County Sheriff's Office, Travis County DA, State Comptroller's Office Criminal Investigations Division, Attorney General of Texas, or the Office of the Governor of Texas.
"I am a longtime celibate (including ever since I moved to N. Austin in Aug. 2001), permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, polite, clean-talking, single adult white gentleman. ANY DNA trace to anyone other me is virtual proof in a courtroom that that person raped me during my sleep.
