Subject: 5-2-20 campaign strategy: highlight your support on specific Constitutional Rights issues

May 2, 2020

Dear Democratic Party Candidate Joe Biden,

It seems to me that the more you can call attention during this Presidential Campaign to your support for the Constitutional rights of individuals in specific and very tangible contexts, this will dramatically set you apart from President Trump.

President Trump, as you know, has primarily cited Constitutional Rights issues in terms of his belief that virtually everyone should have the "right" to own a gun. I believe that Mr. Trump does acknowledge that certain types of individuals should not have the legal right to own a gun, but I don't recall which types of individuals fit that category, in the President's opinion.

President Trump's complete failure to publicly discuss a variety of very specific Constitutional Rights issues other than the "right to bear arms" comprises a glaring and very tragic weakness in his job performance as Chief of State.

It will be very helpful to your campaign, Senator Biden, if you can cite a variety of specific Constitutional Rights issues that will greatly appeal to American voters. For instance, stated support by you for the right of all Americans to enjoy full freedom from thought-control projects will earn you lots of praise nationwide.

I also feel sure that if you express support for the Constitutional right of all American citizens to NOT associate with persons whom they feel uncomfortable with, this will also earn you lots of praise. Freedom of Association has as its corollary the Freedom of
Non-Association in regard to persons whom one has already rejected, as a very helpful Houston-based State Bar of Texas member private attorney pointed out to me on the telephone about 10 years ago during a legal consultation I had with him for which he was paid in full.

Senator Biden, I hope this campaign-strategy follow-up letter will also be helpful to you in the campaign.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a supporter of yours in Austin, Texas.
