Dear Mr. Biden,

I hope that as soon as possible during this Presidential campaign you will offer a statistic on how many total occasions Donald Trump during his nearly one full term of office thus far as U.S. President has himself signed an executive order.

Is that total more than any previous entire-single-term total for any previous U.S. President of the 21st Century or late 20th Century?

Mr. Biden, I feel very sure that millions of Americans are outraged by the Putin-style dictatorial unilateralism of President Trump.

If you can call voters' attention to your own determination to involve both Republicans and Democrats in both the U.S. House and the U.S. Senate in federal decision-making, this will be a tremendous boost to your own campaign for President.

It will also demonstrate to voters that you, unlike President Trump, have the ability to communicate respectfully with Congress throughout your expected term of office in the White House.
