DOES U.S. PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP UNDER-UTILIZE STATE DEPARTMENT NEGOTIATORS AND THE TACTFUL LANGUAGE OF DIPLOMACY IN HIS FOREIGN POLICY ACTIONS?

I find myself haunted by the above question, since it seems that President Trump's style does not lend itself to polite, earnest, diligent, and very honorable negotiation with foreign nations or other parties that have a cited conflict with the U.S. Government.

"What is the point of Diplomacy during the Administration of a U.S. President who does not believe in diplomacy," one tends to ask with dismay.

I am surprised , in fact, that I myself have not seen a recent news story in which deans of schools of diplomacy, such as the Tufts Fletcher School of Diplomacy in Medford, Massachusetts, express why they believe (if so) that President Trump has been a disaster for training programs in the field of diplomacy.

One often wonders whether Donald Trump secretly wishes he could become "America's Putin" and order the "destruction" of his ideological adversaries, as Putin reportedly does toward critics of his in Russia, while dictating the policies of the national government, as Putin reportedly does for his national government in Russia.
