"Mr. President, do you believe the U.S. Government should do more to help municipal law-enforcement agencies such as the Austin Police Department in Austin, Texas, to improve their ability to very quickly determine whether an alleged home-invasion-crimes case that reportedly occurs on a daily and ongoing basis in that city is, in fact, an alleged continuous and continuing home-invasion-crimes case that demands very urgent priority for full investigation by that municipal law-enforcement agency?
"Also, Mr. President, do you agree with me that if a criminal-law complainant (myself, for instance) who is also a self-identified continuous home-invasion-crimes and personal-injury-crimes victim has been denied of any privacy rights over a multi-week or longer time period in a context that the U.S. Government permitted to occur, all evidence of criminal activities victimizing the cited complainant that are obtained from the extraordinarily extensive and unprecedented 24-hour-a-day surveillance of every aspect of the living conditions and life of that victim and complainant (including content of his nocturnal dreams, content of his internal thought process, medical records of medical injuries and medical symptoms he sustained, content of anonymous fraudulent communications and anonymous death threats to which the victim was subjected against his wishes, and complete records about any and all possible points of entry into the victim's locked residence) should potentially be factual evidence that a public law-enforcement agency with legal authority to investigate should be able to use in arresting one or more crime suspects?
