I am gainfully employed (currently at three respective separately-owned first-rate corporate-owned restaurants in north Austin, two of them owned by highly-regarded for-profit Florida-based corporations headquartered in Tampa and Orlando, respectively, and one of them owned by a highly-regarded for-profit restaurant corporation headquartered in San Antonio, Texas).
Ever since April 27, 2002, I have been employed on a continuous basis as either a longtime restaurant server or a busser or host or hospitality-staff member or a maintenance-staff employee at one or more first-rate restaurant workplaces in the Austin area. I am a former full-time employee of the Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency here in Austin. I am also a former full-time daily newspaper reporter in Texas and other U.S. states.
I lead a permanently drinking-alcohol-free, permanently-marijuana-free (ever since 1984), lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-non-vaping, lifelong-tattoo-less, facially-cleanshaven (no mustache, no goatee, no beard), platonicly polite, clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), longtime-celibate, lifelong-single, vigilant and law-enforcement-supportive, public-safety-minded lifestyle as a law-abiding Anglo-Saxon adult gentleman here in Austin, Texas. I myself DO NOT have any criminal-conviction record.
My date of birth: April 27, 1957 (4-27-57). My place of birth: Lincoln, NEBRASKA. I am NOT a native of Texas.
I hope to hear from any of you on any aspect of this apparently very baffling alleged continuous-crimes case. It is a still-unsolved crime case in which no suspect has ever been arrested by any government law-enforcement agency so far, and no forensic DNA-swabs anal-rape-evidence medical exam on me that I repeatedly and politely requested from the Austin (TX) Police Department Sex Crimes Unit has been officially authorized for me here in Austin by that very influential APD unit on any occasion since the morning of April 28, 2011.
I have repeatedly and politely informed APD's Sex Crimes Unit that I myself DO NOT agree to ever have any type of "sexual" contact with any non-Anglo person. I allege that I have been victimized by alleged possible racially-motivated "hate crimes" involving physical abuse of me and personal injury to me during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed inside my current solo-occupancy (myself, only) double-bolt-locked apartment unit. I always sleep alone on my bed here in Austin.
I am awakened on my bed an average of five times per night with pain or an uncomfortable vibrating sensation in my anus, an unpleasant nasal-inhalant-sensation in my nostrils or an unpleasant stuffed-up sensation in my nostrils, an urgent need to urinate, wobbliness in my legs, and no intruder visible at that time inside my own double-bolt-locked rental-apartment unit. I have lost thousands of hours of healthful deep sleep in the most recent two-year period alone that I allege to have been perpetrated by alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators and alleged personal-injury-crimes perpetrators who were NOT authorized to be inside my double-bolt-locked efficiency unit at nighttime. I have undergone three or four doctor-ordered medical surgeries on myself in the most recent two-year period ever since I moved into my current apartment unit here at Pebble Creek Apartments in NE Austin (in the District 4 section of Austin, with Greg Casar the official District 4 rep and duly-elected official member of the Austin City Council).
I would appreciate any suggestions or written response on this that any of you are willing to offer me.
