Subject: 'FBI, CIA' graffiti today:Cap Metro bus stop 5855

Photo taken by me at 3:35 pm today (Monday) at a Cap Metro bus stop along southern side of West Anderson Ln., a block or two west of Northcross Dr. in north Austin (TX).

It seems to me that possibly the alleged graffiti "artist" here may have revealed possible alleged criminal intent toward employees of the FBI and CIA. The circle drawn around 'FBI' and 'CIA', accompanied by lines drawn  boldly and in an aggressive manner, appears to disclose that alleged possible criminal intent by the graffiti perpetrator.
