A SAFETY HAZARD FOR CAP METRO BUS PASSENGERS OF ALL AGES, INCLUDING MINORS, WHO BOARD A CAP METRO ROUTE 801 BUS, EITHER SOUTHBOUND OR NORTHBOUND, AT NORTH LAMAR TRANSIT CENTER IN NORTH AUSTIN:

 Over a recent multi-month period, including this evening, there have been hundreds of hazardous shards of "glass" along each and every side of the entire rim of this Cap Metro Route 801 bus southbound-traffic and Route 801 bus northbound-traffic departure times electronic sign board along North Lamar Boulevard at the North Lamar Transit Center in north Austin:

Times board here has been out of order, and with these hazardous shards of glass around entire rim, for several consecutive months, including this eve.

Location: Cap Metro bus stop 5859, the very busy Cap Metro "North Lamar Transit Center" station along North Lamar Blvd. a few blocks north of the westbound/northbound lanes of Research Blvd. In Dist. 4 section of Austin. City Council Member GREG CASAR the Dist. 4 rep on Austin City Council.
