This is a public-information request in which I seek to obtain from your state agency any and all letters or e-mail communications received or written or sent or FAXed or mailed at any time since April 1, 2011, by any staff member or official of your state agency's Constituent Affairs Division in Austin, that each refer at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

To assist you in your response to this public-information request, I am also including the full exact text (farther below) of my March 22, 2021, e-mail letter to Mr. Charles Wood that posed several polite questions to Mr. Wood of your state agency.
My legal name is "John Kevin McMillan". I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, on April 27, 1957. I have resided in Texas on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since January 1988.
A factual online statement I read on March 21, 2021, at your state agency's official website contains the following factual information about your state agency's "Constituent Affairs Division", and I quote verbatim from that statement:
"The Constituent Affairs Division (CAD) facilitates communication between the Office of the Attorney General and its customers. CAD is also responsible for the agency conferences. The division houses the agency's main switchboard, the Consumer Protection Hotline and responds to general citizen inquiries by telephone, letter or email."
I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record, as I'm sure that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is very aware.
I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997, during which time I have been employed by a variety of reputable employers. Among them was the Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency. I was employed full-time in the DPS Motor Carrier Bureau along Guadalupe Street for one year in the late 1990s.
I have been employed in the restaurant industry in Austin on a continuous basis ever since April 27, 2002. I previously was employed full-time as a general-circulation- professional newspaper reporter or professional copy-editor in Texas and other U.S. states.

I am the founder and only approved current member of a new and non-Christian non-proselytizing "Honor Society" implicitly-deistic religion, the anti-marijuana, anti-medical-marijuana, anti-illicit-drugs, anti-tobacco, anti-drinking-alcohol, anti-tattoos, anti-profanity-minded, anti-facial-hair-minded "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion", that has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements.
That one total religion of mine opposes home-invasion crimes, opposes personal-injury-crimes, opposes sexual assault crimes, opposes the sex crime of pederasty, opposes the infliction of profanity or obscene speech on anyone in a context that violates their own privacy rights, opposes verbalization of anonymous death threats or other death threats to anyone, opposes verbal harassment of anyone, opposes continuous anonymous communications that violate the privacy of the person being subjected to those communications, opposes fraudulent or knowingly dishonest communications, opposes thought-control projects, opposes so-called "deprogramming" projects, opposes kidnappings, opposes hostage-takings, opposes the crime of stalking, opposes the crime of spying on anyone against that person's wishes, opposes attempted censorship of non-anonymous communications that are in compliance with the law and that advocate civil and law-abiding conduct or that support law-enforcement, opposes compelled speech that violates the privacy rights of the individual being subjected to that compelled speech against his wishes, and opposes deliberate infliction of continuous noise pollution on anyone in a context that harms that individual's own medical health or hearing capacity or that is aimed at punishing him or her for having political or religious or personal beliefs---or personal prejudices, even---that are disliked or opposed by the perpetrators or sponsors of that noise pollution.
Numerous current or former Central Texas residents have stated to me over a multi-year period that they either dislike or intensely dislike or question the authenticity of my own fully-independent "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" (PPR). Around the turn of the century I gave several televised speeches on behalf of that religion of mine on local Community Access Television in Austin. One younger Central Texan man left a violent-sounding and obscene anonymous recorded phone message on my telephone-answering machine inside my apartment near UT-Austin---a recorded phone message in which he volunteered that he himself is "Catholic", and that he was very critical of my PPR religion because it allegedly "kills c-nts" (a shocking obscenity, with one letter from the latter word having been omitted by me here for the sake of propriety and full obedience the law by myself), that self-identified Catholic man stated. In his recorded message to me, that self-identified Catholic man stated that he was reacting to one or more locally televised speeches of mine that I had given on behalf of my PPR religion.
Around the turn of the century, one former Austin-area resident and self-identified older brother of mine from my childhood family in Westlake Hills, Texas, Dr. Michael Kim McMillan, declared to me in person with indignation and revulsion in his tone of voice and facial expression in a conversation I had with him outdoors near UT-Austin's main campus that occurred during a brief visit of his to the Austin area from out of state: "The 'Heaven on Earth' religion you've (John Kevin McMillan of Austin) established has inflicted Hell on this entire planet!"

I hope to hear from you soon about the issues I have directly raised or alluded to in this follow-up letter of mine today that's directly addressed to yourself.
Mr. Wood, I read Sunday night (March 21) at your state agency's official website the following factual statement about your Constituent Affairs Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas:

"The Constituent Affairs Division (CAD) facilitates communication between the Office of the Attorney General and its customers. CAD is also responsible for the agency conferences. The division houses the agency's main switchboard, the Consumer Protection Hotline and responds to general citizen inquiries by telephone, letter or email."
Mr. Wood, I would like to respectfully remind you that so far, you have apparently chosen not to send me any reply letter on any occasion during the period ever since or including January 2020.
According to my personal computer's e-mail records, I have e-mailed 367 messages to you between January 2020 and March 2021. I am not able to locate any reply note or reply letter you wrote and sent to me at any time during that particular approximately one-year time period.
Mr. Wood, are you able to please offer me some additional specific factual information about the various types of assistance and services you are able to offer me or you might be able to offer me in your current very influential role as the Austin Region Constituent Affairs Liaison for the Attorney General of Texas?
Also, am I myself currently classified as a "customer" of "client services" being provided to me by the Attorney General of Texas state agency?

Are you aware of any alleged involvement in my own living conditions or housing conditions or sleeping conditions inside my current rental apartment unit in north Austin by any media company ---- or by any individual or group of individuals, or by any media entity or any business entity or government-owned agency or institution or any religious group or anti-religious group or atheist group or political group --- that allegedly is violating my own privacy rights in a context that subjects me to gay-theme communications or sexuality-theme communications inside my always-bolt-locked and always-fully-secured solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit in north Austin?
As you may be aware, I myself am a polite and law-abiding and very honest opponent of the so-called "gay rights" movement.
I support a principled approach to human rights issues --- for instance, the human right of law-abiding anti-marijuana persons such as myself to associate with other law-abiding anti-marijuana persons in strictly-mutual-consent cases --- that is often justifiably very critical of either illegal or injurious or sadistic or masochistic or significantly dishonest or deceitful conduct being pursued by individuals who refer to themselves as being "gay", "homosexual", "effeminate", "queer," "lesbian," "transsexual," or "transvestite".
I myself am NOT affiliated with, employed by, or an employer of any gay media company anywhere in the world. In fact, I specifically wrote and sent a civilly-worded rejection letter to one gay media company in Dallas, a media company named "Texas Triangle", around the turn of the century---a rejection letter that "Texas Triangle" failed to acknowledge having received from me.
I might add that none of my current mutual-consent personal friends is homosexual, bisexual, transsexual, or lesbian, and I very emphatically am NOT affiliated with or a member of any "gay group" anywhere in the world.
I would appreciate receiving a reply letter from you in regard to this very important human rights issue for myself, as I greatly value my own human right to lead a lawfully heterophiliacal lifestyle in which I am more inclusive toward a significantly higher percentage of all of the law-abiding heterosexual adult men and all of the law-abiding heterosexual adult women, in particular, than of the other cited subpopulations.
I might add that I would estimate that 99 percent or more of the persons who might conceivably qualify for the lawfully non-Christian and implicitly-deistic, non-atheistic "Honor Society" Progressive Prohibitionist Religion that I myself have established---a new and factually-minded drinking-alcohol-free, tobacco-free, tattoo-less, clean-talking (no profanity in everyday-conversations), non-stalking, privacy-respectful, facially-cleanshaven-lifestyles religion with very stringent membership eligibility criteria, and in which I myself am the ONLY current approved member---are in fact heterosexual in sexual identity per se.

This question to you was prompted by a reply letter I received in February 2020 from Mr. Cecil Domel, a polite management-team immediate supervisor of the also-polite general manager (Mr. Juan Acosta) for the large gated-community apartment complex where I currently reside, Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive in north Austin. I might add that I myself have never met Mr. Domel on any occasion or ever spoken with Mr. Domel on any occasion in my entire life thus far.

I plan to inform the owner of my apartment unit, and the owner of Building 17 or the owner of any unit in Building 17 that abuts my own unit, for that matter, that I have some security concerns relating to my current apartment unit.
I also plan to ask the owner whether he or she or they are aware of any possible point of entry into my apartment unit other than my front door, my sliding glass door, and the window that leads into my kitchen.
I always keep all of the three total management-team-cited possible points of entry into my current rental unit bolt-locked (if applicable) or locked and fully secured at all times.

Mr. Wood, do you know of any context in which the Attorney General of Texas would knowingly permit circumstances to occur in which I myself am subjected to continuous and continuing 24-hour-a-day anonymous communications that no other resident of Texas and no other U.S. citizen residing in Texas is subjected to in that same magnitude?
Also, do you know of any context in which the Attorney General of Texas would knowingly permit any person or group of persons to subject me to a "thought-control project" that I myself very definitely DO NOT want to have any involvement with?
Finally, do you happen to know of any context in which any administrative law rulings or actions could have been imposed on my own life or living conditions in Austin, Texas, without my being granted the legal right to myself attend any such administrative-law hearing in order to lawfully oppose it or, in a rare circumstance in which I might actually support the action, to myself lawfully support it?
