Dear Highly-Esteemed Government Officials and Civic Leaders,

I am currently awaiting a final reply from Del Valle Independent School District in response to my August 12, 2020, public-information request (final item, below) to that public school district in Travis County, Texas.

In the meantime, I would like to share with each of you the factual information (directly below) I received yesterday that carbon-copies of my e-mail letters of this type are routinely being forwarded by a female Austin Independent School District (AISD) official to Mr. Jacob Reach, Chief of Government Relations and Board Services for AISD; AISD public-information coordinator Melissa Sabatino; and the AISD Board of Trustees, respectively.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a former Stephen F. Austin High School (AISD) Salutatorian and a current public-information requestor with the Del Valle public school district in Del Valle, Texas.

Executive Assistant,

Austin (TX) Independent School District Board of Trustees,
Austin, Texas

September 3, 2020

Dear Ms. Reyes-Kitch,

Thank you for your kind reply note (immediately below) to me that acknowledged receipt of my PIR-related reply letter to Del Valle Independent School District in which I posed a question to that public school district in Travis County, Texas.

I have not yet received any reply from Del Valle ISD that states to me what their expected deadline will be for providing me with an official final response to my August 12, 2020, e-mail public-information request (final item, below) to that public school district.

Thank you again for your own response, which stated that you will forward my e-mail to the AISD Board of Trustees and to the "appropriate district administrator".

One hopefully-polite follow-up question for you:
Is the appropriate district administrator for your own school district the AISD Superintendent, or some other AISD school district official?

Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, public-information requestor and longstanding criminal-law complainant with Austin Police Department.
I am a longtime-celibate-by-choice white Anglo-Saxon non-Hispanic single adult gainfully-employed gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry.  I am also a former Salutatorian of Stephen F. Austin High School of Austin ISD here in this state-capital city for Texas.
My numerous criminal-law complaints to APD, including APD Case 16-1340923, are in regard to alleged continuous-and-still-continuing-daily-and-year-round-and-multi-year-home-invasion crimes, sex crimes, and personal injury crimes and alleged deep-sleep-ruination-related harassment crimes allegedly victimizing me during my sleeping hours as I lie ALONE, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, inside my current always-fully-bolt-locked and always-fully-locked solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit in northeast Austin. I am the only official tenant for my current apartment unit. I never with my own eyes directly see anyone situated anywhere inside my apartment unit after I am awakened in the middle of the night with an unpleasant vibrating sensation in my anus, often with an unpleasant nasal-inhalant sensation in my nostrils, wobbliness in my legs, and other medical symptoms. The front door to my apartment unit is always fully-double-bolt-locked on each and every one of the several times per early-morning period when I check my front door after I was awakened abruptly once again (an average of about once every hour or once every two hours) in the middle of my sleep.

When Austin Independent School District (AISD) classes are being held, my current apartment complex in northeast Austin, Pebble Creek Apartments, is serviced on schoolday mornings by AISD buses and AISD bus drivers.

I am the founder and only approved current member of a new and non-Christian non-proselytizing "Honor Society" religion, the anti-marijuana, anti-medical-marijuana, anti-illicit-drugs, anti-tobacco, anti-drinking-alcohol, anti-tattoos, anti-profanity-minded, anti-facial-hair-minded  "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion", that has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements.

That one total religion of mine opposes home-invasion crimes, opposes personal-injury-crimes, opposes sexual assault crimes, opposes the sex crime of pederasty, opposes the infliction of profanity or obscene speech on anyone in a context that violates their own privacy rights, opposes anonymous communications that violate the privacy of the person being subjected to those communications, opposes fraudulent or knowingly dishonest communications, opposes thought-control projects, opposes so-called "deprogramming" projects, opposes kidnappings, opposes hostage-takings, opposes compelled speech that violates the privacy rights of the individual being subjected to that compelled speech against his wishes, and opposes deliberate infliction of continuous noise pollution on anyone in a context that harms that individual's own medical health or that is aimed at punishing him or her for having political or religious or personal beliefs---or personal prejudices, even---that are disliked or opposed by the perpetrators or sponsors of that noise pollution.

Numerous current or former Central Texas residents have stated to me over a multi-year period that they either dislike or intensely dislike or question the authenticity of my own fully-independent "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" (PPR). It is an implicitly-deistic, non-atheistic, factually-minded, quality-of-life-oriented religion.

Around the turn of the century I gave several televised speeches on behalf of that religion of mine on local Community Access Television in Austin. One younger Central Texan man left a violent-sounding and obscene anonymous recorded phone message on my telephone-answering machine inside my apartment near UT-Austin---a recorded phone message in which he volunteered that he himself is "Catholic". In his recorded message to me, he stated that he was reacting to one or more locally televised speeches of mine that I gave on behalf of my PPR religion.
