"My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. My primary personal e-mail address throughout the responsive period has always been and continues to be: 'mcmillanj@att.net'. My primary personal phone number throughout the applicable multi-year time period has always been and continues to be: (512) 342-2295. My cell phone number through AT&T ever since August 2019 has been and continues to be: (512) 993-7305.
"This public-information request was prompted in part by the decision from U.S. President Donald Trump not to provide me with any follow-up reply letter in response to two separate communications that I directly submitted to him online in 2019 and 2020, respectively, at his official White House website, and numerous other communications I submitted to the FBI, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Affairs, the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Communications Commission, and other departments or officials of the U.S. Government over a multi-year period during the Trump Administration.
"The online communication question from a constituent that I posed to United States President Donald Trump at his official White House website at 11:16 p.m. Central Time on Monday, September 21, 2020 was:
'"Mr. President, as you know I sent you an urgent online communication at your official White House website on January 11, 2019. In that online message, I politely stated to you that I was seeking 'an immediate end to alleged personal-injury-crimes allegedly victimizing me on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis during my bedtime hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on my own bed inside my locked rental-apartment unit.'
'"I never received a reply letter from you providing me with a written response to that particular request of mine for assistance.
'"Mr. President, why have you as a world-famous realtor and current Chief of State chosen not to insist on upholding and protecting the legal right of this very honorable and law-abiding, gainfully-employed, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, single adult Anglo male American citizen---myself, John Kevin McMillan of northeast Austin---to myself lawfully and in a civil manner each night exclude any and all persons other than myself from any portion of my current solo-occupancy always-bolt-locked and fully-locked efficiency apartment unit throughout any and all of my sleeping hours?"'
_______
"On January 11, 2019, at about 8:30 p.m. Central Time, I submitted the following online constituent request to U.S. President Donald Trump at his official White House Website in Washington, D.C.:
"'Mr. President, please ask the FBI agents based in Austin, Texas, to help me put an immediate end to alleged personal-injury-crimes allegedly victimizing me on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis during my bedtime hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on my own bed inside my locked rental-apartment unit. I am a longtime celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, gainfully-employed, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, civil and law-abiding Anglo adult gentleman.
"'I have a great need for seven or eight consecutive and uninterrupted and uninjured hours of revitalizing sleep every night --- healthful sleep in which I am NOT subjected by anyone to any nasal-inhalants or liquids or 'anal-vibration' services or other so-called 'medical services' during my sleeping hours. I have not authorized ANY medical services being inflicted on me during my sleeping hours, as (you) may already be aware."'

Special Counsel Mueller,
After a careful review of the e-mail letter (below) I sent you earlier today under major time constraints for me as I prepared to leave my apartment unit for a pre-scheduled
job interview today in Austin, I have discovered one factual error that I need to correct for you today.
The third paragraph of my e-mail letter to you should have in fact stated (and please note that the inserted upper-cased word is the correction):
"I regard this as pertinent for you partly because the FOREIGN nation of the world where my blogs are read the most frequently, according to Google records I have access to, is Russia."
Thank you in advance for your kind patience and understanding on this.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
from longstanding criminal-law complainant and self-identified continuous-and-continuing-personal-injury-crimes-and-anal-rape-crimes victim John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, USA. I might add that the Austin Police Department (APD) did obtain two forensic sexual-assault-evidence DNA kits from me at my request on two separate months in 2011. However, no apparent attempt has ever been made by APD to process those two DNA rape-evidence kits from 2011 for the full possible retroactive DNA-trace-detection periods (either 190 days or 180 days, according to what APD Sex Crimes Unit Detective David Silva stated to me in 2011 as the maximum retroactive tracing capabilities for APD's forensic lab at that time).
My home phone: (512) 342-2295.

I am also a former full-time employee in Austin of the Texas Department of Public Safety state agency, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles state agency, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice state agency. Dear Special Counsel Mueller,
I would like to respectfully recommend that you please consider interviewing Vice President Michael Pence on the subject of whether that distinguished federal official has himself been privy to any factual information in regard to any aspect of the alleged Russian interference in the most recent Presidential campaign or in the operations of the U.S. Government under President Trump; or in regard to any other matter that might be within the scope of your duties as Special Counsel.
I might add that I myself have been very surprised and disappointed to note that President Trump chose not to provide me with a follow-up message in response to a simple online request for help I submitted to him more than a month ago. In that online request at his official Presidential website, I politely asked President Trump if he would be willing to ask the FBI in Austin to immediately investigate and help put an end to allegedly unsafe housing conditions to which I am being subjected against my wishes in Austin, Texas.
I regard this as pertinent for you partly because the nation of the world where my blogs are read the most frequently, according to Google records I have access to, is Russia.
Please note (below) documentation on President Trump's automated-reply preliminary response to me on January 11, 2019, in regard to the online question I had posed to him (last item, below) that same evening at his official Presidential website.
If there is any evidence of any Russian interference that might account for the failure of President Trump to send me a follow-up reply note on that subject, or any evidence of any alleged Russian Government or alleged Russian role in the alleged continuous-and-still-continuing personal-injury crimes and alleged continuous-and-still-continuing-anal-rape-crimes allegedly victimizing me on a daily and year-round basis during my sleep, as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious, on a bed that I myself own inside my bolt-locked rental apartment unit in Austin, Texas, I respectfully request that you please add those alleged incidents to the scope of your investigation focused on Donald Trump and his associates.
I might add that I would welcome any opportunity you might ever offer me to be interviewed by you or any member of your staff, or to myself testify in a court of law about any subject that you believe to be pertinent to your investigation.

Subject: 1-22-20 please vote to have Pres. Trump removed from office, along with supporting document
Dear Senators Cruz and Cornyn,
Please vote in the Senate to have President Trump removed from office immediately. His unconscionable conduct and pathological dishonesty are a disgrace to the American people.
Below, please find a legal document I wrote that provides factual evidence on behalf of impeaching President Trump. I sent that legal letter in a timely manner to the impeachment committee for the U.S. House of Representatives.
Best Wishes from an independent-minded voter and law-abiding, gainfully-employed, single adult senior-citizen male constituent of each of you
Senators who occasionally votes for the Republican candidate in a political-campaign race,

Subject: Fw: 5-17-19 an alleged scandal-related item for your Presidential campaign
A respectful FYI to each of you safe-housing-conditions-minded and law-enforcement-minded government officials and civic leaders on the following February 19, 2019, e-mail letter (below) that I wrote and sent to Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, III, at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
I wrote that letter in order to provide additional factual evidence in a timely manner for Special Counsel Mueller that might be helpful to him in his investigation of any and all noteworthy alleged possible violations of the law by President Donald Trump and his associates that also involved alleged possible illegal interference in the American political system by the Russian Government or by Russian citizens.
Incidentally, I would also like to mention with polite emphasis that my personal Google blogsite's online statistical records revealed to me this week that in the most recent seven-day period, citizens of Ukraine viewed pages of my Google blogsite more frequently than did citizens of any other foreign nation.
Overall, according to my Google blogsite's online statistical records, for the nine-year period ever since May 2010 citizens of Ukraine ranked number five in the entire world (behind only citizens of France, Germany, Russia, and the USA, respectively) for the total number of times they viewed a page at my personal Google blogsite.
I hope very much that this documentation is helpful to members of the United States House of Representatives in their current pursuit of an impeachment-related investigation into President Trump's conduct as our nation's Chief of State.
I would appreciate it if my duly-elected representative in the U.S. House of Representatives, Rep. Lloyd Doggett of Austin, Texas, will very kindly and diligently share this e-mail correspondence of mine with members of the U.S. House committee that is currently interviewing witnesses in connection with their impeachment investigation.
Please do not hesitate to call me or write to me if you have any questions about any aspect of this e-mail communication to each of you.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
from longstanding criminal-law complainant and self-identified continuous-and-still-continuing, daily-and-year-round-and-multi-year personal-injury-crimes-and-anal-rape-crimes victim John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, USA.

Subject: Fw: 2-19-19 info for your investigation

Special Counsel’s Office,

Room B-103,
Washington, D.C. 20530

"Mr.
