This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all written communications, including e-mail communications, that at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, were each typed or written or handwritten or generated or received or sent or mailed or e-mailed or FAXed or forwarded by yourself, Precinct 3 Travis County Commissioner Gerald Daugherty, or by any staff member whom you directly supervise in your county government office, and that, in each and every such case, referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of northwest Austin.
EXCLUDED from the scope of this public-information request are any and all written communications that were exclusively and solely written by myself, John Kevin McMillan of northwest Austin.
I am a gainfully-employed single adult male resident of the precinct 3 that you yourself primarily and directly represent on the Travis County Commissioners Court in this state-capital city for Texas.
This public-information request to yourself was prompted by my recalling again today (Wednesday, August 29, 2018), that you apparently chose not to send or mail to me any reply note or reply letter of any type in response to the following (last item, below) May 25, 2017-dated Texas Open Records request that I wrote and e-mailed to you that same day.
I might add that a diligent search of my own computer records this evening did not locate any other e-mail letter to me from yourself at any time during the applicable seven-year time period.
As you must be very aware, Commissioner, during the most recent seven-year period, I have written to you at your official Travis County Government e-mail address about public-policy-related issues, including law-enforcement-related issues and crime-deterrence-related issues and home-security issues, on hundreds of total occasions.
My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska.
I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.
I am the founder and only current approved member of a new and non-Christian and implicitly-deistic "Honor Society" religion, the anti-drinking-alcohol and anti-tobacco and anti-marijuana-minded and anti-facial-hair-minded and anti-tattoos-minded and anti-anonymous-communications-minded and anti-thought-control-projects-minded and anti-stalking and anti-rape-minded "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion", that has very stringent membership-eligibility guidelines.
During the multi-year time period applicable to this public information request, I myself resided as an official rent-paying tenant or official rent-paying occupant at the following apartment units or hotel rooms:
---Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Building 3, Apt. 325, Austin, Texas, 78759. I resided in that particular apartment unit from January 2002 until July 29, 2015, when my lease to reside there as an official rent-paying tenant expired after the management team gave prior notice earlier in 2015 that it had chosen not to renew that lease for me and my one total official roommate at that time.
---Crossland Economy Studios, 12621 Hymeadow Road, Apt. 133, Austin, Texas, 78729. I officially resided as a rent-paying tenant at this particular Extended Stay America hotel and efficiency apartments facility in Williamson County, Texas (a facility situated in far northwest Austin, with the Austin Police Department having law-enforcement jurisdiction at that location), from July 29, 2015, until late September 2015.
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 9, Apt. 902, Austin, Texas, 78759, from late September 2015 until early September 2017.
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 16, Apartment 1609, Austin, Texas, 78759, ever since early September 2017, including at present.

Incidentally, Commissioner, please let me know as soon as possible if you sense that you might have to charge me more than $20 in administrative fees you expect to incur from processing this public-information request from myself.

A respectful FYI to each of you on the following politely-worded public-information request I have submitted to the only current Republican member of the Travis County Commissioners Court of whom I'm aware, Gerald Daugherty.
Commissioner Daugherty also happens to be my own current duly elected County Commissioner for the County Commissioners Court precinct (precinct 3) in which I myself reside in northwest Austin.
I might add that I am also a resident of the Austin City Council District 10. My duly-elected current Austin City Council District 10 representative (name withheld here for the sake of politeness) reportedly on the morning of March 9, 2017, asked me not to ever at any time directly contact her or any of her staff members, or her UT-Austin public-policy-studies professor and History Department professor husband, about any public-policy issue or any other issue or topic. I have, of course, fully honored that request from my duly-elected City of Austin District 10 representative on the Austin City Council.
