Dear Travis County District Attorney Moore,

This Monday night, I entered your official District Attorney's Office website, and obtained the following very disappointing "informational statement" online from your highly-regarded public prosecuting attorney's office in Austin:

"District Attorney Divisions
"Updated organizational chart coming soon".

I obtained that exact verbatim message at the following webpage:

https://www.traviscountytx.gov/district-attorney/divisions

As you know, District Attorney Moore, one year and seven and one-half months have passed since you assumed elective office as our Travis County District Attorney on January 3, 2017.

District Attorney Moore, I am respectfully asking you tonight for the name and contact information for each of the current divisions of your District Attorney's Office in Austin, Texas, that each pursue prosecutions in a court of law, respectively, for:

(1) alleged felony personal-injury-crimes;

(2) alleged felony continuous personal-injury-crimes;

(3) alleged felony home-invasion crimes;

(4) alleged fraudulent-or-unauthorized-medical-care cases involving alleged perpetration of one or more felony crimes on a cited "patient" or cited "recipient" of those "medical" services;

and (5) alleged felony sex crimes.

Thank you in advance, District Attorney Moore, for your very helpful reply note to me on this.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, longstanding criminal-law complainant and dependably civil and law-abiding and honest and psychologically healthy and permanently-teetotaling, gainfully-employed, single-by-choice, longtime-celibate-by-choice (including throughout any and all of my own conscious or waking hours, regardless of where I was situated or traveled to, ever since and including the day when I moved to NW Austin in August 2001), adult Anglo male resident of the Austin City Council District 10 section of this state capital city for Texas.

I might add that I have a polite reason for not courtesy-carbon-copying this letter of mine to my duly-elected Austin City Council member, Dr. Alison Alter.

On the morning of March 9, 2017, I was myself informed in person by a City Government of Austin official and cited APD "community liaison" to myself, APD Senior Police Officer James Turner, during an official and unannounced APD visit he made to my rental apartment unit at that time (Apartment 902 in Building 9 at Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Austin, TX, 78759), that Council Member Alter has prohibited me as of that day from ever directly contacting either her or any of the City Government of Austin employees whom Dr. Alter directly supervises, or her UT-Austin LBJ School of Public Affairs Professor and UT-Austin History Department Professor husband, Dr. Jeremi Suri, at any time or in any context of any type.

My own official home address ever since September 5, 2017:
Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Rd., Bldg. 16,
Apt. 1609, Austin, Texas 78759.
Home phone: (512) 342-2295 (accepts voice mail, but not texts: this is a landline home phone).
