Dear Alliance Defense Fund Officials and Attorneys in Scottsdale, Arizona,

Thank you for the recent advice you offered me on the phone that I should report to the Austin Police Department noteworthy incidents I'd observed about allegedly illegal conduct by others---including evidence of noise pollution unwanted by myself that's been documented by a first-rate ENT medical specialist in Austin, Dr. David Tobey (who has been authorized by me to share his findings with you, his office phone number being: 512-346-5562) as having inflicted a significant amount of permanent damage on my hearing capacity and medical health over a multi-year period in recent years---victimizing myself in Austin, Texas.

As some of you may be aware, I lead a morally and aesthetically straight, facially cleanshaven (no facial hair at all) hygienic, disease-free, tattoo-less, clean-talking, jewelry-less, recently-certified-HIV-negative, athletics-minded, fully ambulatory, non-handicapped, handsome and youthful, consistently law-abiding and vigilant (I frequently and on a year-round basis report suspicious and possibly illegal incidents I've observed in Austin, Texas, to the Austin Police Department, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Travis County County Attorney's Office in Austin, the Travis County District Attorney's Office in Austin, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Travis County Sheriff's Office), non-stalking, privacy-rights-respectful, non-gambling, religiously non-Christian, implicitly deistic and non-atheistic, and religiously independent lifestyle in Austin, Texas. I am a permanent and year-round abstainer from any and all consumption of illicit drugs (ever since 1984, this in the absence of any previous addiction to any illicit drug); a permanent and year-round and lifelong abstainer from any and all consumption of ANY tobacco products; and a permanent and year-round abstainer from any and all consumption of any alcohol products (ever since 1990, this in the complete absence of any prior addiction on my part). I am a dues-paying individual member of the anti-drug community, the anti-tobacco-community, the anti-alcohol community, and the anti-gambling community, and in recent years I've joined non-profit groups pursuing each of those noble agendas.

As a morally and aesthetically straight gentlemen, I generally prefer to associate with other gentlemen who, like myself, are neither previously nor currently addicted to alcohol or illicit drugs, and are clean-talking as well as law-abiding gentlemen.

I have been platonically celibate throughout all of my waking or conscious hours in Austin, Texas, or anywhere else in Central Texas, for that matter, ever since 1979. In my entire life, I have almost never lain a hand on any other person with impropriety or incivility, with one noteworthy exception that comes to mind that occurred during my fourth-grade year of elementary school. That male classmate of mine did not require hospitalization for that incident, in which I had been significantly angered by a comment he made to me in what I felt was a deliberately hurtful manner on his part.

I am recently certified HIV-negative, and I strongly believe in being fully accountable at all times for myself having a recently certified and fully up-to-date HIV-negative medical test result that I traditionally share on my own volition with any employer of mine willing to accept that medical test result and include that test result in my personnel records. I always use test results (nearly all of them coming from the Austin-Travis County STD-testing clinic just east of Interstate Highway 35 in downtown Austin) that cite my correct legal name and my correct date of birth.

I lead a lawfully heterophiliacal, platonically polite lifestyle, in which I exhibit a preference for myself assocating with a higher percentage of all of the masculine and cleancut (no facial hair) and gentlemenly heterosexual adult men, both personally and professionally, than of all other subpopulations of adult male persons. In my religious life and overall life, I assign highest priority to generously befriending children and as many other young persons under age 30 as possible, and to generously befriending parents during the period in which those parents are raising young persons under age 30 inside the residence of those parents.

In my political and religious life, I have given public televised speeches in Austin, including at a meeting of the Austin City Council on May 14, 1998, in which I publicly supported the government-ordered closing of any and all commercial sex parlors, including any and all gay bathhouses in Austin in which sexual activities occur in a public place. Sex occurring in a public place violates the penal code of the State of Texas, as Austin Police Department representative Sergeant John Neff, supervisor of the vice unit for APD, stated to me during a telephone interview I conducted with him a few days before I gave my speech on that subject at an Austin City Council meeting. Sergeant Neff stated to me in our May of 1998 phone interview that at that time, "Plato's Playhouse" and the "Midtowne Spa" (a gay bathhouse/"athletic club" situated a matter of yards from Highland Mall shopping mall, a proximity that I maintain puts many minors shopping at that mall at needless risk of their being victimized by gay men who might possibly visit Highland Mall and attempt to lure those youths into visiting Midtowne Spa gay bathhouse with those adult gay male persons) are the two business establishments in Austin identified by the APD vice squad as public places where penetrational sex is continuing to occur on a frequent basis, Sergeant Neff stated to me in that May of 1998 telephone interview I conducted with himself. The same APD Sergeant Neff told me in that same interview that Austin Police Department officers as of mid-May of 1998 had arrested four persons in connection with sex having occurred at Plato's Playhouse in Austin.

At least two different civic leaders in Austin have stated to me in recent years that they believed or suspected that I myself have been subjected to reprisals against myself and persecution of myself by the gay community of Austin, Texas. I myself have never earned as much as $20,000 in total gross employment-derived income in any calendar year of my entire life thus far, even though I hold a Master's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and I'm a dues-paying individual member of the United Auto Workers labor union-affiliated National Writers Union.

One attorney, State Bar of Texas member and UT-Austin Law School alumnus John F. Campbell of Austin, implicitly acknowledged the possibility of persecution against myself by the gay community and by others condoning its conduct, when Mr. Campbell chose to write and signed legal reply letter for me on January 27, 2000, which stated:

"The purpose of this letter is just to emphasize that I would pursue legal action on your behalf if it should ever become necessary to assist you in excluding from your life any person, group, or legal entity from having any involvement in your life, who (or that) in any way exhibits an intolerance or contempt toward your decision to pursue a life in which virtually all of your adult male friends and associates are heterosexual or primarily heterosexual.

"I want to stress to you that I have not seen any evidence whatsoever that there has been any inteference of that nature in your life and as I have stated to you on many occasions, I would have to be aware of objective evidence that such existed before I would recommend or initiate any action at all. I can say that it would be extremely unlikely that such will ever occur and I certainly have not seen anything during the time I have known you that would suggest that you have anything less than the same freedoms of choice that I and others like us enjoy in this community.

"Yours very truly,

Attorney John F. Campbell, a member of the State Bar of Texas, has since relocated his law office to another Central Austin location, I might add at this time. Mr. Campbell has kept his office phone number the same.

Among the possible Constitutional legal rights issues that I believe have occurred in Austin, Texas, elsewhere in Texas, and, before that, in Quincy, Massachusetts, when I resided there in the late 1980s, are:

----illegal and unwanted year-round "background" communications to myself, including many profane communications and many vebalized death threats to myself at my workplace and elsewhere, and many threats to the effect that if I refuse to myself ever be affiliated with or a member of any "gay group" or "trans group," I will myself be victimized by harassment and stalking of myself by gays, lesbians, transsexuals, and their complicitors.

----illegal and intrusive involvement in my own life by a business entity or corporation that cannot cite any current authorization for any such conduct toward me on the part of that business entity or corporation.

---illegal possible electronic surveillance of myself or illegal possible videotaping of myself in Texas. One of my biological brothers, Dr. Michael McMilaln, stated to me in a long-distance phone conversation in 1990, during a period in which I resided in Sweetwater, Texas, and reported full-time for a general-circulation daily newspaper, "The Sweetwater Reporter," at that time, that Michael McMillan was painfully aware of myself being "on television" in some context he did not describe to me at that time. Michael McMillan indicated he was horrified by that occurrence, and he also appeared to indicate to me at that time that he was horrified as well by my own political and religious beliefs, including my own outspoken critical vantage point toward the gay subculture and toward San Francisco as a city citedly permissive toward gay-sponsored sadomasochism and disease-spreading and gay militance, Michael McMillan may have also indicated in that 1990 phone conversation we had.

---my own privacy rights. No civic group and no business entity and no individual and no religious group and no political group and no government entity is authorized by me to impinge on or restrict my own privacy rights in any way. Nor have I ever been informed by any government agency or individaul or any civic or political group of any such impingement upon my own privacy rights.

---my legal right to myself lawfully and in a civil manner press criminal-law charges and civil-charges through a law-enforcement agency and in court of law against gay adult persons, homosexual adult persons, bisexual adult persons, lesbian adult persons, transsexual adult persons, transvestite adult persons, and effeminate male adult persons, along with any groups associated with such persons, that impinge on my own privacy rights while violating the law in the process.

--my legal right to enjoy full freedom from any form of employment discrimination against me that relates to my being law-enforcement-minded, rules-minded, law-abiding, illicit-drug-free and anti-drug, tobacco-free and anti-tobacco, alcohol-free and anti-alcohol, facially cleanshaven and anti-facial-hair, masculine and personally myself repulsed by male adult effeminacy, jewelry-less and personally myself repulsed by effeminate male adult jewelry, perfume-less and personally myself repulsed by the effeminate "perfume" or "powder" or "cologne" from which the scent is very unpleasant to myself and my nostrils.

I hope that this follow-up letter is helpful. I would also like to take this opportunity to ask your very influential Alliance Defense Fund if you know of any of the following for which I might qualify:
---an organization or business entity or religious group that either offers grants or stipends or employment opportunities to law-abiding persons (myself, for instance) who allege that I have been persecuted by the gay community and by persons who condone the gay community's violations of my own legal and Constitutional rights.

----any credit union that you might recommend to a law-abiding gentleman such as myself.

----any private attorney whom you might recommend who might be willing to help me protect my legal right to pursue a lawfully and politely heterophiliacal lifestyle in Austin, Texas, in which I myself apply a principled approach to human rights issues. Among those issues, as I see them, are: the human right of a law-abiding gentleman such as myself to choose a law-abiding heterosexual adult gentleman to serve in an honorable manner respectful toward myself as my attorney representing me in a court of law, such as through the filing of a lawsuit on my behalf; the human right to enjoy full freedom from alcohol; the human right to enjoy full freedom from fraudulent or dishonest communications; the human right to NOT be affiliated with an unethical media company, or any media company that one does NOT feel comfortable with; the human right to enjoy full freedom from entrapment; the human right to enjoy full freeedom from unwanted brainwashing attempts by others; the human right to enjoy full freedom from slavery or compelled relationships of any type; the human right for myself to enjoy full freedom from inter-generational exploitation of myself by persons significantly older than myself in age; etc.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to review this follow-up letter from myself. I hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,

P.S. I would also appreciate receiving from your group a list of the non-profit groups and media companies or magazines or newspapers or attorneys or law firms with a critical vantage point toward the so-called "gay subculture" and the so-called "gay rights movement" that your organization regards as being law-abiding groups or media companies or attorneys or law firms.
