TODAY (WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16), A REPRESENTATIVE FOR CAPITAL METRO MASS-TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY APOLOGIZES FOR CITED RECENT ALLEGED INCIDENT IN WHICH A BUS DRIVER ALLEGEDLY WAS NOT WEARING A SEATBELT WHILE DRIVING A CAP METRO BUS IN AUSTIN, TEXAS, USA



"Yeah, John, this is Kevin with (Capital Metro contract-service provider) MV Transportation. 


"I'm calling in regards to your complaint on Unit 2519 on the Route 383. In your comments, you stated, 'Operator was driving without a seatbelt'.

"I apologize for that. Thanks for calling it in. Appropriate action will be taken on this operator.
