No sir, we do not. If you have a complaint against a municipal police officer or department, you should address your complaint to the chief of police, city manager and/or city council.

Subject: 10-14-13 question for TMPA
Does your Austin-based Texas Municipal Police Association ever accept legal complaints from a self-identified crime victim who formally alleges in writing that either a cited municipal police department or one or more cited municipal police officers have allegedly refused to investigate honest and accurate crime reports from the self-identified victim of a felony crime or have allegedly refused to arrest any suspect in connection with that alleged-felony-crime case for which DNA evidence and other tangible crime evidence is, in fact, readily available.
Thank you in advance for your very helpful reply note on this.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
