Agent Ward, I would welcome any and all interviews with FBI investigators in regard to this very alarming continuous and continuing felony-crimes case in which I am definitely the victim during my sleep and I ALWAYS sleep alone, and I myself am a longtime celibate-by-choice single adult gentleman who began living with a roommate, this in a strictly-platonic-involvement for each of us (as he has himself assured me in person) when he moved into Apartment 325 to room with me at Wind River Crossing Apartments on Saturday, April 27, 2013,

Dear FBI Agent Bryan B.,
Thank you again for taking the time to talk with me today about what I maintain is very alarming evidence of organized crime activity allegedly subjecting me to alleged personal-injury crimes, alleged anal-rape crimes, and alleged frequent deliberate and frequent sleep-interruption crimes inflicted on me an average of three or more times per night during my nocturnal slumber on a daily and year-round basis as I sleep alone on an orthopedic Swedish Tempurpedic bed that I own and lie on inside the private bedroom of my bolt-locked one-bedroom apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments in NW Austin.
Wind River Crossing Apartments are reportedly owned and managed by the "Westdale Asset Management" for-profit corporation of Dallas, Texas.
I myself am a very strong criminal-law complainant on this. I ALWAYS sleep alone, and I NEVER have any invited overnight guest inside my bolt-locked apartment unit. Also, I NEVER have any invited late-night guest after midnight inside my bolt-locked apartment unit. Also, I have been completely celibate throughout all of my conscious or waking hours in Austin, Texas, and the entire Austin area ever since December 1979, with the exception of one total incident on one total occasion in 2001 in which a legal-status male adult person orally sodomized me against my wishes inside my apartment unit at ViewPoint Apartments along Leon Street near the UT-Austin campus in Austin, Texas. I had repeatedly and consistently told that individual that day inside my apartment unit that I did not want to have any sex with him, and I was fully clothed at the time of the (alleged) sex crime. "You handled it like a pro (sic)," that male adult person, Howard Castleberry I believe his driver's license ID stated his name to be with his cited age of 21, stated to me at the time, with himself possibly insinuating that he regarded me as being a prospective "paid sexual prostitute" --- something I would NEVER do. A private attorney whom I consulted about that sex crime victimizing myself, attorney John F. Campbell, a member of the State Bar of Texas, advised me not to file a criminal-law complaint on that incident.
Attached, please find several infrared motion-sensitive "Wildview" hunter's camera photos of alleged possible or suspected illegal intruders inside the private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit during my own bedtime hours. It is possible that one or more alleged illegal intruders are also allegedly moving me off of my bed in some manner (I snore) during my sleep, which might explain why several of these photos do not appear to feature any image of myself actually lying on my own bed, which surprises me.
As I mentioned to you on the phone today, the cited dates and times are unreliable that accompany the Wildview image of the photo you get when you download each of these photos.
I had difficulty with the date-setting and time-setting mechanism on my Wildview camera. However, I can state with complete certainty (and I have a sales receipt for this) that I purchased my first-ever infrared camera, a Wildview motion-sensitive hunter's camera, in February 2012 at a nearby Academy store in NW Austin.
For some of the infrared photos taken for me during my bedtime hours from inside my bolt-locked apartment unit, a male staff member at the nearby Academy store along Research Boulevard in northwest Austin had helped me inside his store to set my date and time mechanism on my camera in advance of my bringing that camera to my apartment to use it. So in those rare cases, and that possibly may not include any of the photos I'm sending you today, the cited dates and times accompanying the "Wildview" label when you download that photo were correct.
(As for the dates cited by me in the identifying information I typed into my computer system to identify photos, the dates from 2013 should all be accurate; However, the dates cited by me for 2012 would be accurate some of the time, and inaccurate on other times. I mention this latter point because in 2012, I would re-record all of the photos in my video card each day, and that would then then assign to all of those photos, including re-recorded images, a previous "date" I had already used to all of the images in that video card, including images I had previously obtained.)
Please note that the photos do contain a variety of body sizes and facial characteristics, body shapes, etc., which underscores my very emphatic belief that at least one of the attached infrared photos is NOT of myself.
The Austin Police Department has repeatedly and very incorrectly stated to me that ALL of the infrared photos I've obtained from inside my bolt-locked apartment unit during my bedtime hours appear to be of myself only.
One work supervisor of mine at ...(a corporate-owned restaurant workplace for me in Williamson County, Texas), in 2011, Mr. Israel Rios, who is now the reported owner or manager of "Mas Fajitas," a Mexican restaurant in Round Rock or Pflugerville, Texas, did state to me in the last few years during a workshift for him at ....(the cited corporate-owned restaurant in far northwest Austin where I worked under Mr. Rios's kind supervision) that Mr. Rios was sure that "organized crime" has an alleged involvement in the alleged personal injury crimes and alleged anal-rape crimes victimizing myself during my sleep as I lie alone on my bed inside my bolt-locked, top-floor, vaulted-ceiling, one-bedroom apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments. Wind River Crossing Apartments are reportedly owned and managed by "Westdale Asset Management" for-profit corporation of Dallas, Texas.
I would welcome any and all questions or interviews or investigations about this very alarming continuous and continuing felony-crimes case---a case in which I myself am definitely the victim during my sleep---that the FBI is willing to initiate or pursue. I would also welcome any and all DNA testing on my own body (my anus, my buttocks, my mouth, my nostrils, my legs, my hips, etc.) that the FBI is willing to authorize, along with any and all DNA testing on any of my bedsheets or my bedspread that the FBI is willing to request or obtain.
That factual information will definitely corroborate my statements to you about an alleged illegal intruder in my apartment unit, and I am very sure about this partly because NO ONE has ever been permitted by me to lie on my Swedish bed at any time since I purchased that bed in 2007 and had it installed in my apartment unit in 2007. I have slept ALONE on that Swedish bed ever since I moved into Apartment 325 at Wind River Crossing in January 2002.
I previously resided in Apartment 1638 at Wind River Crossing from August 2001 until December 2001, and during that time period I roomed with a gentleman named Christian Meza, a single adult gentleman who told me he was of Hispanic and Italian ancestry. I recently ran into Christian Meza outdoors in a parking lot area near Braker Lane and Research Boulevard, and he very kindly provided me with his personal phone number in Cedar Park, where he now owns a home of his own, he told me. The phone number that Christian Meza provided me in the last few weeks was: (512) 463-2330.
One next-door neighbor of mine who has expressed confidence in my honesty and in my complaints about an illegal intruder inside my bolt-locked apartment unit is Howard Siegel, (now deceased,) a former CEO of a for-profit corporation in California and former high-ranking official of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs state agency in Austin.
Howard Siegel (in the cited year 2013, but not in the year 2015) resides alone in Apartment 316, a ground-level apartment unit in the same building as myself (Building 3) at Wind River Crossing. The phone number for Howard Siegel, who recently sent me a friendly signed E-mail note stating that he agreed with me that an infrared photo I had E-mailed to him was definitely NOT of myself, he stated, is: (512) 934-2200.
